Not anymore. Here's why. Bought contacts here, regret. Every single pair for one side was defected. Called nobody even bothered to respond. Will not be returning.

The person who does a vision test on eyes to determine health problems asked if I wanted my eyes to be checked for a fee I politely denied and his attitude changed. That’s very unprofessional. I paid for my glasses not to be so thick, an they are. Idk where they got made so I’ll leave 2 stars. They don’t accept payment arrangement. Won’t be going back here.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!

I ordered Ray-ban $150+ glasses and glasses had scratches. The lady name Eva who helped me had lots of attitude. Not only that when my wife went for her Eye checkup, just she talk to one lady over there for contact lenses and they charged her $50 just for 5 min talk.

DO NOT GO THERE! This is my first and last time!

Don’t come here! All the good Drs are gone. This place used to be great idk what happened after the pandemic. The staff doesn’t know what they are doing. I think it’s high turnover or something. It takes so long for them to help you even when you have an appointment. Then when it’s time to get the contacts it takes forever bc the employees all seem like they are new and don’t know what they are doing. I’m not coming back here. Costco is so much better. I’m happy to pay more somewhere else if can get people who know what’s going on and how to do their jobs. I want consistency and quality.

Went here for the first time got the deal that comes with 2 pairs and a free exam went back, took my son and I was told that I can mix and match the pairs I had some questions but 2 of the girls who were available had no idea how to help me with the basic questions I had I ended up over paying since the information she had told me (mix and match) was incorrect No free exam. PLEASE be more knowledgeable before you make yourself available or go find out the correct answers if you don’t know. As for management do better in terms of training at least shadow to be sure the customer gets their questions answered correctly thanks.

Just left and very disappointed. My bedridden mother was in the hospital so my brother picked up her glasses. She has been very sick. She is 89, and since it is past the 30 day guarantee they would charge $139 to redo the bifocal as it is too low on the lense. I bought 4 pr but as I am her caretaker i passed the 30 days also. I must admit I rushed in put 1 pr on and didn't really notice. They measured the bifocal but they ended up in the bottom inside corner. So I would have to pay $139 ×4. They wouldn't even help my mom. Whom I brought in a wheelchair. Totally geartless.

All the staff are extremely nice and friendly plus helpful, I was so indecisive on what glasses to get and they were really patient with me and gave me the best advice. It was my first time there and I’ll most definitely come back! I got 4 glasses one being sunglasses and it was soooooo affordable! The doctor was really nice and funny, I feel like I was in n out 10/10 overall experience

Oscar. A was great he provided me with good advice friendly and gave me a perfect recommendation on blue light which helps a lot. I enjoy my two-pair set of glasses.

I really enjoyed my experience here. The employees were nice and the glasses are very affordable. Although picking up my glasses took a very long time.

My glasses were super crooked, they fixed them, no questions asked. Awesome! Thanks ladies

I went in there to ask for a frame replacement and Oscar was able to fix them. He was very friendly and awesome customer service. The girls were also very friendly and greeted me upon walking in.

Might be a bit late. Been a while since I actually met a decent human being. Thank you Oscar for being a breath of fresh air

The staff was absolutely amazing everyone had a great attitude, patient and very helpful! They definitely have a customer for life!

Went in to today to fix my frames and I was greeted by a nice gentleman named Oscar. He had a type of energy that businesses lack these days. I was about 3rd in line and this gentleman had a energy that consumed the facility. With out a smile which was hidden by these stupid Covid masks, I'm positive if it was visible it would have been ear to ear. He was informative and pleasant. For that reason Colton is my new go to store! Thank you Oscar!

Oscar, at the colton location, was AMAZING! EXCELLENT customer service! He was joyfully helpful! It's plain to see that he enjoys his job!
