You got ripped! You got ripped OFF! That's an understatement! Their commercial is criticizing other retailers but it really applies to America's Crappiest Contacts & Eyeglasses. My glasses broke just a few months after I got them. Normally when I buy them from Costco they last years. Not here, I even paid extra to get sunglasses that weren't a part of any promotion but the lady I spoke to said they are not covered by any kind warranty. I asked how is that possible? Are they suppose to be disposable glasses because at this point they are just cheap plastic trash that I paid good money for. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the frustration and don't try to save money, spend more and buy your glasses at Costco where they at least honor their products.

The visit was pleasant and the dr was nice on the first initial appt but upon after picking the glasses, the lens were sticking way out the side of the frame. The lens were thick and the sales associate blame it on the higher prescription. To fix it I have to pay an extra $224. I refused to pay that extra money because I couldn’t believe that they would let their product go to their patients in such bad quality. I can literally see the glare of the thick lens when I look to the side.

This place never disappoints! This is the first year we had the pleasure of working with Roxy and she was phenomenal! Seriously super sweet, kind, informative, knew the products and how to choose the perfect styles for us. I appreciated her honesty and candor, and she really did an awesome job! We were in and out within 25 minutes (had our prescriptions from our optometrist). She really did a wonderful job at helping and guiding us, and I would recommend her to everyone! We are never disappointed in the quality of their products and they have a fabulous selection! Just FYI i just found out they can turn any frame into a pair of sunglasses! That was a huge game-changer. Anyway, fantastic service (thank you Roxy) and wonderful place!

Overall, I'm fairly satisfied with this place. I do agree with the comments that the prices advertised are not anything you can get. It's like the "membership" and "fees" are just nonsense to put you right back at expensive eye care but look cheap on the outside. But that is what it is with most big businesses in America.

Funny that as I'm typing this, I'm hearing an employee tell a customer that her glasses will cost her $280 instead of the $70 that's advertised. She of course is furious and is now just walking out with no glasses at all.

The major thing that bothers me is the time I spend here. I'm here almost 2 hours every time. I wait and wait and wait.in fact, I'm here right now.an hour in, waiting still.
The last time I was here, I was here AN HOUR past closing because there were still so many people waiting to be seen.

From a business standpoint, I understand you want as many customers as possible, but if you cannot serve them all in a timely manner, you need to fix your system. I had an appointment at the same time with FIVE other people today. That's why I'm still here, over an hour past my appointment time. It's pretty ridiculous to have one doctor (SOMETIMES 2), and about a half a dozen other employees, and at least 25 customers.

Not the end of the world, but it's costing me time with my children, something my job makes difficult enough already. I don't want to go somewhere else because I like the products and the staff, but I can't spend all evening here each time.

Thanks to Adriana and the whole staff they made it so easy to get glasses I went with fear of getting switched from offer on internet of $69 for exam and 2 glasses and left paying only extra $15 for something else I added for my son I set appointments for me mom and wife very happy with this location wish everything was this easy and inexpensive!

My husband had a very good experience on his recent visit and he lovea his new glassess. Although they do offer additional packages, he chose the advertised package and is very happy with his whole experience.

Well the service is great but I keep having to go back and get something done with these glasses and I live in another city so I have to work around my schedule both pair has been giving me problems with things falling apart all the time not cool at all

I went to purchase two glasses, had a wonderful experience all around from front desk to doctor visit to checking out. Picked up my first pair last week then I went back on Friday to pick up my second pair. I had a very nice guy hand over my glasses and he asked me how they felt, I was more concerned with how I felt with the prescription that I didn't really focus on the fit, until I was walking out I put them on and the frames seemed crooked, they have an obvious tilt when I have them on. I walked back in and went to the girl at the counter who seemed to be annoyed that I had a question. I explained the problem calmly and then put them on to show her, she took them and started bending them, I put them back on and tilt was still there, I asked what the reason could be and she said "sometimes there just bent" rudely, I then let her keep literally bending them and she gave them to me and as I was holding them she said it's the way I'm putting them on? I have been wearing glasses for 10+ years it's not rocket science, that was the most ridiculous statement she could say, me putting them on shouldn't cause the glasses to bend. Her snooty attitude was horrible and she should not be in customer service, I was so put off by her attitude that I just took them and said "nevermind I'll go elsewhere to get them fixed". Very disappointed that I drove to this location because of a family members recommendation even though there was a closer location to me and I almost had a perfect experience until this unprofessional associate ruined that.

I visited your store in Menifee, CA for the first time this morning and I'm sorry to say that I spent maybe 3 or 4 minutes there. The person who helped me at the front desk acted put out when I asked her questions when I walked in. I actually apologized to her for asking a second question. She may want to re-think her career in customer service. I immediately left the store. I was very disappointed as I was really looking forward to visiting your store.

07-21-17: I am revising my original posting. After posting with the company my earlier review, I was promptly contacted by the corporate office and advised that I should go in and contact the manager. I did return, however the manager was not in. All the staff that day were pleasant and extremely helpful. The girl who had "helped" me on my previous visit was not there. A gentleman, I believe the assistant manger named John, was most pleasant and assisted me. I explained that I would be paying out of pocket because I lost my glasses that the insurance paid for a few months earlier. He was extremely helpful when I was trying to decide between frames. I plan on returning to this store for another pair of glasses in the near future.

The staff was excellent and very helpful and friendly. The Eye exam and Doctor was very thorough. He explained all the test that was performed and the results. Great selection of frames and the exam and the prescriptions was included
