Nice staff, great location. Could use a makeover but overall perfect for a quick budget friendly trip to Disney and the beach. Needs an elevator, we have a stroller with a baby so it was hard to get up and down.

Currently laying in bed at this hotel… terrified I’ll be attacked by bed bugs. Place is cheap and anyone giving it more than 2 stars must live in a dirty trailer

Great for the price! The walls are a little thin, so noise travels easily, but thankfully no one was noisy at night:)

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago for our annual trip to California and we loved it. The 6 person room fit us all in comfortably which was fabulous, the rooms were cleaned each day, in fact, from the bathroom I could see the Guardians of the Galaxy Breakout ride through the window, amazing! They don’t have a washer or dryer to do laundry but you can pop next door and use their facilities which are $4 for washing and $4 for the dryer.
The beds are the most comfortable that I’ve slept in of any hotel close to Disney. After a day of 28,000 steps, resting in these beds refreshes you for the next day, loved them. The parking lot is a decent size but can fill up quickly. The pool is great for a quick dip, my two youngest loved it. The only down side I’d say are the towels; they’re a little crispier than one would like. Beside that; the staff were a delight and we loved staying here! We would definitely return again because it is so close to Disney, quiet, and perfect for a family!

We were delighted, it's good, beautiful and cheap, the location is excellent. They treated us super well, they were kind, I recommend it 100%.

Rooms were very clean, maybe just need a little updating but overall they were awesome! Beds were comfortable, property was well maintained. Everything in the room was functional, Towels maybe need a little softener, but there were plenty in the room for all of us. Parking/lot was convenient, definitely recommend, would stay here again. Gentleman at check in was pretty nice and so was the lady at check out. Very friendly.

This place was great! Wasn't in the room a lot but it was really clean. The hosts were really nice and helped a lot. The pool was open whenever and the location was really close to disney for so cheap! I will definitely be going back!

Our room the paint was coming off the door an walls. When we asked for a room downstairs due to us having a stroller an there is no elevator they tried to put us in a room that was a smoking room that smelled really bad with my 2 year old niece, so we had to stay up stairs and dragged the stroller up an down. Rooms wherent very clean, people that work there aren't very friendly.

People who work the front are super helpful and nice. Rooms are very nice and the night life is awesome. 711 CVS and walgreen are walking distance away. Garden walk was amazing and 10 min walk to downtown Disney

Amazing little hotel.stayed for a week. Buy your rooms on Priceline and way cheaper.upgraded room with beautiful bathroom and wall colors. Very clean and quiet. Awesome night life and 711 Walgreens and cvs walking distance. Will definitely be back

It’s was perfect. The stay was just what I need. The rooms had enough bed, spac and also comfy as home. We enjoyed pool time, and the walk from Disneyland was close by. Everything was just perfect. Thank you for your service.

Walking distance to parks, shopping, dining, and Angels Stadium. Nice hotel for the price and pool was a big plus!

Hotels in Anaheim within walking distance of Disneyland are all really expensive. Among them, this hotel is within the acceptable range. It is a basic motel that is often found in America, but you can go to dreamland in about 15 minutes on foot from this place. We approached by rent-a-car, but since it faces West Katella Avenue, the location is easy to understand and very convenient. We think that it is good hotel of cost performance.

I came to Disneyland and stayed overnight.
It takes about 10 minutes for an adult male to walk quickly, and 15 minutes for a slow walk.
The receptionist was very nice and we talked about Japanese cherry blossoms
The room is spacious and comfortable. Please note that the amenities are not complete like Japanese hotels.
Bring a razor.
There is shampoo and conditioner.
There is a small bar of soap, but if you are familiar with Japanese body soap, you should bring your own. It doesn't foam well, so bring it with you
Bring your own comb.
There is no toothpaste, so bring your own.
There is a hair dryer.
I was able to use it.
There is a microwave. It worked, but the plate rattled.
There was a refrigerator.
There is also frozen, but it was frozen.
There is a TV ️. Haven't seen
I have a cooler.
There is an iron and an ironing board.
Not having a watch can be inconvenient.
I have a bath and a shower.
Shower is very weak.
The bath didn't collect hot water, whether it was set so that it wouldn't accumulate or it was broken.
However, in the morning, I noticed that if I put something like a rubber pad on the drain, the hot water would accumulate and I could slowly stretch my legs and put it in.
It's a dry climate, so it's nice to be able to sweat slowly and relax in Japanese culture

It was dark at 6: 30 in the morning, so I heard a rattling man, so I woke up without an alarm clock.
There is a pool and it looks nice.
Colas are a bargain here at $1 in vending machines.
Is the water vending machine broken or turned off?
There are many places to eat nearby.
There is a 7-Eleven nearby, but don't shop like a Japanese 7-Eleven.
Not delicious.
There are many alcoholic beverages.
However, at late hours, homeless people and alcoholics come and go, and it feels dangerous, so it is better to do it only in the daytime.

Overall, it's a nice hotel, but bring what you need.
I felt that security was good to some extent, but it is safer to pay close attention to your actions at night.

Clean and spacious room at excellent location - short walk to the Disneyland/California Adventure. The front desk staff is very kind and accommodating. I will definitely use this facility on my next visit in the area. Thank you!

We recently stayed here to attend wondercon at the Anaheim convention center. Location was great it was within 15 minute walk there and to Disneyland as well I think, the front desk is great, friendly and welcoming. The rooms do need major repairs, I would recommend requesting a room upstairs as if you’re in the lower rooms you’ll hear your upstairs neighbors a lot, or bring earplugs, but if you’re looking to save money in a hotel this is great!
