Will charge you $2 fee for using an ATM machine that is designated as a Non Co-Op machine even though there is no financial loss for them. Meaning that if you use an ATM that does not belong to a credit union who is not a member of the Co-Op for ATM's then ACCU will charge you a $2 fee for using that machine even though the cost is burdened on the owner whoes machine you are using and that owner is the one who charges you the fee. But ACCU and the other ATM owner will charge you. You get hit on both sides.

Whatever you do do not try and get a loan with this place! Awful, crooked people. Save yourself the time and headache! Do your research!

I don't have a long-term experience with this bank, but I think we all need grace. I applied for an auto loan today, and so far, it has been a very pleasant experience. I've read some of the negative reviews, and I'm not sure if they are accurate, but I've had the opposite experience. No one is perfect. I sometimes expect problems, but I hope they can be worked out. I selected this institution because I like its values and wanted a bank that is trying to do its best rather than a bank that offers the best service but doesn't care about my values.

Desiree is the branch manager. She is extremely rude. I have been a member since they opened and even worked there in 2018. It has really gone down hill. They do not act like a Christian organization. I was told 3 different things when I called. They need to try to get there lies straight. Find another credit union. I was a branch manager for a credit union in Pasadena and Desiree's attitude would have never been accepted.

I wish I could give zero stars. I took out a student loan with this bank back in 2013, and there hasn’t been a single moment in the last 9 years when this company was not excruciating to deal with. Nobody ever calls you back or responds to any paperwork. Not only that, but they had no assistance in place during the height of the pandemic. I was trying to work with Beatrice from this office to set up a payment plan that I could afford, and from the very beginning, she was extremely rude, antagonistic, unprofessional and refused to connect me with her supervisor—even after I asked serval times. The icing on the cake was when she stopped responding to my calls and e-mails for a month and a half. I only got a response from her after I started calling other people from the office and telling them that I haven’t heard from her in weeks. Do not ever do business here, save yourself the trouble. The level of unprofessional they have going on here is unacceptable and baffling.

If you are a believer in God, you cannot find a better place with more integrity to place your money with. Definitely recommended!

Never sent a replacement debit card even though I have been calling each month since January of this year.

Slowest transfers I've ever seen, says 3-5 days usually takes 7-10 to make any sort of transfer.

ACCU is the best financial institution ever. I had an auto loan with them for almost 3 years. The rate was very good and when Covid came I was able to skip payment for 3 months without any fees. Few months ago, I paid of my loan and there’s was a little mistake and it was reported to credit bureau but they work with them to fix everything. Thank you so much for that.
I’ll recommend anyone to work with them!

We prefer banking at a credit union over any of the big banks and ACCU is our choice. They offer friendly service in a safe location as well as online options also. Very satisfied!

I was looking to change my account from my old Credit Union to the American Christian Credit Union however the benefits aren't as good as where I already bank so I decided against changing. The person that I talked to was very nice and very helpful in explaining how they work their account. My friend use American Christian Credit Union and they really like it that's why I gave it four stars because of Word of Mouth.

I love the this bank.
Very friendly and less charging in fees - compared all other banks that I have seen.
