Wonderful experience. Staff and crew are awesome. Good for families, couples, single. Cruising about 10 knots in San Diego Bay. Book directly on America's Cup Sailing San Diego. Everyone gets a chance to captain from the helm. Street parking should be available. Ate a small lunch before at ParAgon Deli Cafe - awesome sandwiches, family business and walked to dock. Just book it!

So much fun! Kudos to the captain and crew aboard Il Moro on our Saturday afternoon sail. I’m still smiling and can’t believe I got to be at the helm of an America’s Cup boat. Memory of a lifetime.

I was fortunate enough to sail as a guest on Il Moro this past Saturday. I can’t say enough great things about the adventure. It was certainly the best surprise Saturday event I could have imagined. The sky was blue, the wind was amazing and I’m told we hit near record speeds on the water. I’ve sailed before but NOTHING like this! Thank you Bee, Hunter, the entire crew and the other guests aboard our dream sail. Until we meet again…

I absolutely cannot say enough about how amazing the Il Moro experience was. Sailing on an America's Cup (IACC) boat has been a bucket list item for me after living in San Diego as a teenager during the 1992 America's Cup races and seeing these magnificent boats up close. We drove from Anaheim to San Diego specifically to sail on Il Moro last week, and booked one of the public tours offered. Because of the crazy early spring weather and maybe folks' hesitancy to take a chance with mother nature, we were the only ones on the boat along with the crew for our trip. The weather was PERFECT for sailing that day (but really, when is the weather NOT perfect in San Diego?). Bee was a model host - telling us all about the boats' history, taking some amazing pictures, and generally making us feel like long-time members of their sailing family. The rest of the crew (I wish I could remember all of their names - sorry guys) fully welcomed us into their ranks temporarily as we manned the winches and took turns at the wheel for the entire time on the water. Bruce in particular regaled us with sailing stories and cracked jokes while we toured the Harbor. I would without hesitation recommend this sail to anyone looking for a once-in-a-lifetime type experience in San Diego. Thank you, Bee, and the rest of the Il Moro ITA-16 crew for an unforgettable day on the water.

This is hands down the best sailing charter experience in San Diego.or really anywhere. I have gone out with America's Cup Sailing multiple times and every time the excursion is memorable, interactive, and unique. It is a great way to experience San Diego Bay and nothing beats touring San Diego from an America's Cup racing yacht. Once the sails are up, the engine is turned off and the boat sails twice as fast as every other boat out there. Don't hesitate and book it!

This was truly an amazing experience! I’ve always loved sailing but had never been on a racing sailboat. We sailed with a group of 12 people along San Diego bay waters with a fun crew and an opportunity to help trim the sails. They really take care of you with every aspect of this adventure - digital photos are provided, snacks and drinks and a little history of America’s Cup racing!

I have always enjoyed sailing but when I had the opportunity to actually go out on a true racing yacht, the Il Moro (ITA16). It was amazing to be out on such a historic boat as we sailed around the harbor. We all got a chance at the helm and steering an 80 racing yacht was unbelievable. The crew was great and afterwards we went to the office where we watched the photos/film of the sail and cooled off with a cold beverage. Would highly recommend.

What a great day on the water. If you are looking for a real sailing experience choose America's Cup Sailing San Diego. Many charters just motor sail. We sailed aboard the America's Cup challenger Il Moro. The captain and crew were fabulous and let us help sail the boat. A really great sailing experience!

If you want to have a memorable sailing experience go on America's Cup Sailing. The boat is smooth and fast and you get to drive and get involved with the crew operation if you want to. Nothing like it in San Diego.

This was such a fun and interesting experience! It was my first time sailing and the crew were very informative and helpful in getting us accustomed with the boat and the waters. Getting hands-on experience with the winches and helming at high speeds was very exciting. We also had amazing views of the bay and downtown with the perfect weather and wind. The included photos of the entire experience is a great bonus. Highly recommended.
