They performed a free tire patch and got me in and out quickly. The employees were very nice and respectful. Would recommend to anyone looking for anyone looking for tire service in Visalia.

I want very much to change this 1-star rating to 5-star, but there's a problem. I ordered a set of tires, brought them a new still-in-factory-wrapping set of wheels, had them do the install. I looked at the wheels before leaving but I failed to see that one of the wheels' black paint had been chewed off around the lug nuts, it was clearly from an impact wrench (probably not using a thin-wall socket?) (maybe a new guy didn't know how to use a gun). So tomorrow, we'll see how it's responded to, this is a good shop, I'm sure they'll make it right - I'll edit with an update

I had just gotten off work and was tired. I noticed my tired was on the soft side. Word on the street was these guys would take care of me. I arrived and was greeted by an associate before I ever made it to the door. The diagnosis resulted in finding a nail embedded deep within the belly of my rear passenger tire. They fixed it all free of charge in a timely manner. I felt so blessed. Thanks guys!

We scheduled an appointment to have a tire leak checked out. After The tire was fixed I was expecting to pay a fee. The tire was fixed at no charge. I recommend for any tire needs! Thanks again!

Bought Michelin tires from here, had them for 17000 miles. Came in for a routine rotation. Tires were very worn on outside walls. Told they are not covered because the car must have been out of alignment. Replaced the tires and went to a different shop for alignment because America’s tire does not do alignments. Got the results and the car was not out of alignment. America’s tire sold me bad tires and blamed the excessive wear on misalignment. Received some credit back on the tires but it did not cover the cost. Employee told me that those tires were known for not being very good. Did not come close to the rated mileage.

They priced matched a competitors price on tires no questions asked. I got the tires I wanted along with excellent customer service.

America’s Tire is one of the main tire shops in Visalia, where you can purchase and change the tires I went there plenty of times, and I love the service! Wonderful location and size! Well-stocked! Very tidy and organized! Friendly, nice, courteous, and knowledgeable employees! You will find all kinds of tires of all brands Great, fast, and professional customer service!

I really like these guys. The manager is great, and most of the employees are very courteous. I did have a small problem where they cross threaded some nuts, but they were quick to fix the situation. I have no problem coming back to these guys!

I was told everyone was in a meeting at noon they only had one person doing everything. I feel all these companies should have more then one person available to help with customers. I dont understand why even open if the workers are going to be in a meeting!

Went in, associate asked what I needed a simple tire inspection. He said he would get someone to help me. Long story short waited about 2 hours and no one came no one bothered to ask me in the front. Their was only like 2 others then at one point I was the only one never coming here again.

Got taken care of right away. Waiting area is large, clean and real cold. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Luis went out of his way to help me get my account corrected, the last location to help me updated my phone number wrong. Luis spent extra time trying to find me in the system, when he found me, he corrected my number and updated my address. Plus my tire got fixed. Perfect ending to a very long day.

Great guys. Got me in at the last hour today and saved me! Got the huge chunk of glass out of my tire and were able to fix it, and save the tire. No charge!

Great service with attention to details! Ordered black rims and they put black wheel weights so they are hidden, it’s the small things that matter.

Honestly I would have given 4 stars but what kind of tire company sells and mounts tires then sends the customer off without checking air pressure. You guessed it, this tire company does.

Good for them I was in a crunch.because I called to get a tire quote and info and was told there was two options for financing and my tires at quoted price in stock. Surprisingly when I got there, there was only ONE option, not the one I was looking for as far as financing. Oh yeah, and those tires were not in stock. The guy who I spoke to then suggested that they may have sold them in the 10-15 minutes it took me to get there. Ugh. The only thing that redeemed them was that the guy who completed my order issued a discount found online, but not in their system and effectively explained everything clearly. Otherwise I'd be at.anywhere else to be honest.

This place is amazing, a little late review but a few years back I had a screw in my tire that was unpatchable, at the time I had barely gotten a job out of high school and was too busy blowing all of my money to have enough to even buy a used tire they offered me for $30. The gentleman who showed me the tire was not repairable told me he would throw it on there for no charge, ended up buying a new set of tires later on that week because of how well they took care of me. This business operates with integrity and I will definitely be a customer for life, actually going to get a flat repaired in the morning and I’m not even worried because I know how well they take care of their customers!

I love America's Tires and tell everyone I know to go to them they are the best and only place I take my vehicles.
