America's Tire

I've used America's Tire for new tires for my truck and to patch a tire. Good customer service and reasonable prices. I'll come back for tire rotations and new tires in a few years.

My experience here was Excellent I worked with Vaughn, Ramon and Gregory all were very helpful and efficient and I couldn't believe the speed of the service team doing the work from drop off to completion only 2hrs pretty Awesome! Now my wife and mother in law will have new tires and should arrive safely Thank You America's Tire Crew Much Appreciated!

I decided to place an order online using my account to take advantage of a 10%-off promotion that ends today, 7/15. The ordering process on the website went great, said my tires would be delivered to the store within 1-5 business-days, and I scheduled my appointment for 7/24 to have them installed.

I then got a call from Austin letting me know that the tires that I had ordered, wouldn't be in stock for upwards of 90 days. Faced with the prospect of either having to wait 3 days to get my money back to buy tires elsewhere, or having to pay additional money for different tires, I was a bit upset.

Austin immediately asked what he could do to make it right and I requested a set of tires (any) for the same price. To which, he agreed (and I got a slightly better tire as a result). We also determined during the drop off that one of my TPMS sensors was dead, so another $65 and one hour later, I have 4 new tires and all of my TPMS sensors working!

Awesome experience! Professional service. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. I called and then purchased online. Prices were very reasonable but the service is what made this a great experience. If you need tires this is definitely the place to go.

Went to order 2 to go tires from America's tire in West Sacramento. They placed the order and gave me an arrival date. Four times on different days I called and all four times the arrival date has changed. Looks like FedEx didn't even have an arrival date for them but they just gave me a date anyways. I was given wrong expectations and each time I had to inconvenience other people to borrow their car to pick up my wheels. Poor service. Lost my trust in them.

These guys could not figure out Enterprise Fleet, Firestone may have worse reviews but they are way better for fleet vehicles.

Been a long time customer, but bought a new/used vehicle that was due for a tire rotation. They did it for free in hopes of getting my business in the future.they certainly will!

I came in to get my tires rotated 2 weeks ago and literally had the best tire-rotating experience of my life. The guys there were so energetic and efficient, seemed to be having a good time and loving their work, and worked well together. Best part was that I waited no more than like 10 minutes from the moment I drove up. Wonderful team!
