Nice location, the customer waiting area clean & organized, meet pandemic standard. I was greeted by Ernie, now, wait, I didn't have to go inside? I mean as soon as I parked, he's already waiting for me what! What kind of C. S level this is? One of these days, I guarantee, we don't see & enjoy much elsewhere. ALWAYS great service. I tried other places for tires (wmart), but these guys are the place to go. Competitive pricing and plenty of selection.

Super busy but there's a reason why. Just go look around the area at the other tire places, they'll be empty while this one is full of customers. This place gives you the service and friendly staff you don't get elsewhere. If you walk in just be prepared to wait. I recommend always getting an appointment. Also I love the pull up air checks.

Been coming to this company for over 25 years and they always been professional, price is fair, and best of all they offer free air check and don't charge to fix any flats (as long it's in the middle of the tire)

Not much to show photos wise but everyone associates here are super friendly, courteous, and professional. Can't speak highly enough of this business and this is one of the few reason I will always recommend them to everyone who needs tires or rims.

They were very good at communicating throughout the day as I showed up in the morning with the bed of a day set of tires that were not in stock.

They got me set up with my choice of new tires by the end of the same day I showed up.

In dealing with America’s tires for a decade plus, we use them exclusively for all our vehicles company and personal.
Tires on the company car were balding, I went down and talked with the store manager Lucas.
He had a great attitude and was eager to help I left with four brand new shoes, I had a fair price as usual up and running give us down the road….

Very popular place. The atmosphere is very unwelcoming and it feels like the people that work there are burnt out and don't want to take care of you. They answer the phone and help people over the phone instead of assisting customers right in front of them. There's a big lack of communication and it makes for a frustrating experience. It also slows down the process down because of they call and can't get in touch with you, they won't leave a message and so your tires won't get done. They put other customers in front of yours because they need to keep going. Communication is key and they can't even leave a voice mail. This location gives the feeling that it is very corporate which adds to the disappointing way they run the business because most corporations have so many stores that they don't care if they turn customers away since they can make it up at other stores.

These guys messed up my whole car, they wouldn’t fix anything they broke, and then literally laughed about it in front of me. I can’t believe I ever took my vehicle here. Huge headache! Read the other bad reviews. Stay away from this place.

I have always loved discount tire for their prices and warranty, but also their staff! Ernie took care of me, ordered the tires in on Saturday had them installed Monday in 45 minutes and the crew out there put the spare back under the car and the tools away, much appreciated

Total joke. I really hope these aren’t the people who are fighting for $15 an hour minimum wage. They deserve two bucks - a week.

Amazing service. Made an appointment to get my spare put on, and to my surprise they did it free of charge. Didn't expect that but I'll only be coming back here for wheels / tire help!
