I talked to the store manager Dillon Balzarini and we discussed a price that was going to beat Costco price and at the end of the conversation Dillon said everything out the door. Well when I went to get the tires Dillon said that the certificate’s where not included. Dillon never said in the conversation that the certificates were not included. What he said was everything out the door price. Previously when I purchased all my tires from this location the certificates were included in the out the door price. And every time in the past when I purchased tires I always included the certificates. Dillon not once said that he was going to take the certificates out of the deal to beat Costco price. Horrible experience with Dillon Balzarini. Very unprofessional

Great customer service along with support. They are true to their word and work. If they notice anything wrong while working on the vehicle, they let you know. What I like most is the company is all over the United States, so you can utilize the warranties and support anywhere when you commute.

Excellent service as always when I stop here. This instance, had a bad flat where it was moved on a flat/low tire for a bit, and if needed, they would do what they could to get tires in today if possible. Fortunately, they were able to plug and fix it no issue.

All America's Tire shops are good, but Jackson/Martell really are the best. Between giving advice in tire choices, to fixing problems and just plain old hustling hard in the heat or rain. They are my go to tire shop. I have more than the average number of vehicles and trailers. They service all of them and have not had a bad experience. Always professional and do what they say.

Been going here for a few years and I won't get tires anywhere else! This place is affordable and usually had most selections in stock. The guys are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I paid ahead online for everything, but was a few minutes late to my appointment. They were able to get my car in and out in the time frame I needed, and were nice about it:)

I looked on the web site and American Tire claimed to have a couple different styles of black rims for $195 a piece. When I went to the American Tire shop in Jackson, Ca. The cheapest black rim they could order was $238 a piece. Bait and switch. This is a common sales gimmick that disreputable companies use. Every thing is a scam these days!

I got there close to closing but they were still willing to help and get some tires on my car but I need it badly

People that work here are helpful and on the ball spent a lot of money with them and was treated fairly and sold quality stuff priced fairly

Great service and warranties on tires. If you don't reach the original milage the tire is backed for they credit the equivalent of the miles to your new tires.

Great place to get tires. Wasn't too crowded, and got the job done in a short amount of time.

My tire shop of choice. Staff and management are top notch. I started going here not long after this location opened. I have all my family in the area going here. I moved over 5 hours away just over a year ago, but i still go here for my tires and get my rotations done when i am in town visiting family.

Awesome staff. Very helpful and takes the time to answer all questions. I purchased my tires in Boise, ID at Discount Tire, and had no problems at all getting tire repaired at America’s Tire in Jackson, CA. (Same company).
Really satisfied. I would recommend.

You can go cheap or you can get good customer service you're choice. These guys rock!
