America's Tire

5pm on a Tuesday we realized we had a low tire. Only to find out it’s a nail. We stopped at americas tire - they got us in right away — patched the tire. It was so seamless and their service was too notch. We will definitely be back. Thanks for your help tonight!

Drove up to get my tires checked and then they wanted to know my email, mileage, etc. Not crazy about this new system. Invasion of privacy?

I was in Temecula Parkway in Temecula and the American tires is very good to me. I was very happy with their service. I want to thank. Dylan for calling me there and explaining things that was needed for me. Thank you.

They did a great job in and out of there in 30 minutes with brand new tires. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for tires.

Prices are fair service is excellent and they finish mounting my tires. Just when they said it would be ready. I strongly recommend.

After being notified by my car that one of my rear tires had suddenly loss over ten pounds of pressure while on hwy. 371 I was able to may it very slowly to Temecula. Having had great service with America's Tire in Palm Desert for many years I headed to America's Tires of Temecula. Obviously I did not have an appointment but the staff there were great and fit me in right away and plugged that little nail hole and had me on my way in just minutes … and NO charge! You guys are great! It so nice to see there are still companies that put customer service first.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, usually America’s Tire is my go-to tire shop but since I’ve moved from Riverside to Temecula it’s like EVERY SINGLE TIME I visit this location there is ALWAYS an issue. I’m not one simply write bad reviews of a business after one visit, this review is being written because this is the third time (at this Temecula Pkwy location) that I’ve run into a problem.

On my last few visits i had questions about previous services w/them.

Very basic questions, simply asking about whether or not my tires are performing the way they should be, if a bumping a noise I hear when I go above 60mph is normal or if that is even bc of the new tires etc. I was not accusing their Temecula of anything (rather I was simply asking questions).

The people/ employees working were very rude, made me wait 45+ minutes to speak with the manager. When I finally spoke to the store manager he too had a sour attitude! I received absolutely NO SERVICE OR HELP.

I ended up going to a different Americas tire location (that did actually help me) the people there actually took the time to explain the issues to me. The other location i went to was full Of exceptional people and they thoroughly apologized (even though they didnt even make any mistakes with my car)

Turns out my lug nuts were NOT on right hence the bumping/ knocking sound. Very disappointing I will definitely not be returning here. You guys really need go be trained on customer service.

I needed to get new tires for my trip this summer! I called around to multiple tire shops and American Tire seemed to have the most options for what I needed! The shop got me in and out quickly! They offer free rotation on the tires as well as a replacement policy on damaged tires!

An amazing first time experience at America's Tires. Chris helped us, and his customer service is worthy of 5 stars. We aren't from area, and we're staying at pechanga celebrating my husband's bday. We had been to 2 other locations after we realized my husband's car had a flat, everyone's eta was well over 2 hours. Chris understood the assignment, and gave us a 45 min eta, even recommended a few places to eat while we wait. We got enjoy some amazing food at Toast, and got our car back well within the 45 minutes. I am beyond thrilled with the service. Thank you for making our day!

Very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. Did not try to up sell me. Matched kind for kind on my truck. Had the right tire in stock. Got a same day late afternoon appointment. They took care of business quickly. Will definitely use them again.

Exceptional pleased with the communication. We were stranded on the highway with our RV, AAA was giving us the runaround. I spoke to a very helpful person who had a couple of options for us. He told me to call him when we were on our way, and he'd have a space for us. I called when we were picked up, and there was a space for us when we arrived 15 mins later. He showed me my options and discussed the differences. I made a choice and went to lunch. About 30/45 mins later, I received a text saying the RV was ready. Walked over, and they handed me my keys, said thank you, and inwas on the road again.

Everytime I get here before a big road trip they are always so helpful to check my tires and air and make sure I don't have any problems before getting out on the road

Americas tire staff is always helpful and friendly. I have been coming to this location for many years and a few different cars. They make it a very easy experience.
