Great store and customer service awesome deals on tires beat the other shops by 40$ for 4 tires!

Staff here always act professionally, wether I'm buying new tires or just here for their free tire maintenance.

I've constantly impress how excellent customer service is. And they really keep moving! Never waited more than an hour.

Nail in tire…womp womp womp…stopped to get some of that Free air and luckily the technician spotted the nail in the tire. New tire is ordered and will gladly be back to replace!

I have been getting my tires at this location for over 15 years. Best customer service, best service for your tires and wheels. All staff are courteous, attentive and professional. Big kudos to Leo, he is my to go guy, but every one in the store deserves big recognition for their outstanding customer and hard work. I made the mistake once to go to the Rosedale location, big mistake. Never again. America's Tire on Gosford Road is the best place to go.

Gotta hand it to them, exceptional service. I know they were busy and they quoted me some time it would take to get 4 wheels mounted and balanced. Leo at the front desk and the rest of his tire team got it in and done before the time quoted me. They got my old wheels off and bagged them up so they wouldn't dirty my interior and cleaned my wheels and tires of any old soap or debris from mounting. A+ guys.

Use to be my favorite place to get new tires, however last time I visit this place, there was no customer service at the front desk and when someone showed up I was totally ignored, very different experience from 1 year ago. Maybe management changed? Or they are to busy from all the 5 star reviews.

This team at Americas Tire went above and beyond to help me with a problem my truck had. I thought after a year of my truck vibrating and wobbling thats just what it did with these huge tires I did everything that needed to be balanced including tires like 10 times elsewhere. After they got their hands on it and spent some time with me and the truck figuring out why it was acting this way. For the first time in a year this truck rode down the highway at 60-80mph with not a vibration it was so well balanced things i thought were bumps in the road and normal disappeared as well. Im so thankful for their help and i recommend this shop 100%

Just bought my first car and my tires were messed up to say the least, came in and got them all replaced. Hector helped me, he made the process super easy to understand and was able to work within my budget. Plus it only took 45 minutes to get them all replaced.

It's hard enough to get help on the phone from some people in business and forget ever getting a return phone call. Leo at America's Tire came through on all counts. He said he would check on what tires were available that would meet my specific needs for my classic car and call me back. Indeed, he called me back promptly with exactly the type of tire I was looking for and he was familiar with all the options. The tires came into the store in the amount of time that Leo estimated. I left my wheels with the store and told Leo that he could keep them all day. I wasn't home more than 30 minutes and he texted me, as promised, that my tires/wheels were ready. He mounted them exactly as I requested and balanced them so the outside face of the wheel would remain cosmetically acceptable, uninterrupted by the tire weights. I am really particular about this car and Leo was very understanding, cooperative and dependable. I appreciate that he followed up as promised and took care of every detail as I requested. Thank you, Leo! I have been to this location several times and all my tires in the future will be purchased here.

The only place I go to for all my vehicles. They listen to your questions and concerns and help you with solutions that fit your budget. Very friendly and professional atmosphere.

This is a good shop. They corrected an issue with our tire pressure sensors that another shop could not fix.

Went Toyota to get car serviced for oil change, tires check and rotation January 2 and told them pressure was at 29 on tire. Bill wright Toyota gave me check list stating they check tire pressure but 2 days later my tire pressure light was on. Instead going back to Toyota I went American Tire. One wanted get second opinion since Toyota has already fail me once with tires. Go to American tires and they are packed but they provide top customer service. I’m greeted and they let me explain my issue and say they will inspect the tire and I’d find anything they fix and rotate my tires. I said okay and they tell me it might be 1hour 30 min long I said okay no worries. In 45 minutes they tell me it’s done and they found nail 5 things in my tires and it was patchable so they fixed tire and rotated my tires. Disappointing that Toyota is saying they inspecting tires and changing me for service but I’m this case show they lied about inspection. American tire will alway do for the customer and provide service at its highest and I appreciate that. I take integrity, waiting and good customer service and this is why I will never go Toyota for tires ever again. American tire has customer for life
