This place is a joke. Chris in the office was extremely rude and no one was on the same page when it came to information. 3 different people told me three different things. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Extremely rude and unprofessional!

I have been going to America's Tire for 20 years and that was the worst experience. I walked into an empty store with a single car in the bays and the two people at the front (one of them a manager) looked at me and refused to acknowledge me. Some weird standoff since neither thought it was their job to help me. The person who eventually checked me in didn't know how to use the tread scanner and said that the right side were heavily worn and needed to be replaced. We checked again and they were fine. With only one car in the bay, they told me it would be 2 hours. Turns out, they did it in 30 minutes. While I was in the store, customers waited more than 10 minutes for someone to come in from the shop. A girl with a tight dress was in the shop and the level of productivity went from barely to nothing. I left while another couple was complaining to the manager. He didn't care.

Great customer service! They made an honest mistake and corrected it promptly and efficiently.

These guys are always friendly & helpful. I went to buy 4 new tires, once. They informed me that I had another full year on 2 if my tires. I only needed 2 tires. Bless their hearts for being so honest!

I had a bad experience at this America's Tire location.
They were supposed to put two 255/50/R19 tires on my SUV, but it turns out one of them was a 235/55/R19 tire. I only discovered this mistake after driving the car for several days, and I'm concerned that it might have caused damage to the drivetrain of my car.
This is very unprofessional, I need to return tires and get a refund.

Really elite serrvice by Michael they done two of my cars today for balance and rotation. I was advice by him to get my tires air pressure check few times a year.

Two hour wait for a flat repair. Wouldn’t offer an appointment. Imagine how long it would take them to replace four new.

After making me wait 3 weeks for tires they already had they finally installed them and break my brake pad sensor. And before that they didn’t properly install weight on the wheels right so they shot out on the street, luckily no one or property was damaged. I go there to pay a little more so the Mexican tire shops don’t scratch my rims, instead I get broken sensors and loose weights.

I been a customer since 2018 and NEVER HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN THIS STORE! VERY RUDE EMPLOYEES AND DON'T HAVE RESPECT FOR ANY CUSTOMERS AND SERVICES. I EXPERIENCE A CUSTOMER WHO EMPLOYEES WERE LAUGHING AT THE CUSTOMER. THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE INCLUDING MANAGER AND ASSISTANT MANAGER WERE INCLUDED AND DID NOTHING. I ASK FOR CORPORATE NUMBER AND GAVE ME THEIR WORKED NUMBER. I HAD MY TIRES ROTATED AND EVEN INSTALLED NEW BOLTS FOR MY TIRES AND INSTALLED WRONG COLOR! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYMORE TIRES FOR ANY OF MY VEHICLES AT THIS LOCATION!
