This tire shop understands the power of customer service. Dominic and his team made everything posible to get me the tire although initial misunderstanding had the wrong tire assigned to me. Dominic toke ownership and found the tire at another of their shops and had it shipped so my car was ready same day. By the time I left, although they close at 5pm, they were still helping other customers as it was Saturday and they didn’t wanted to leave customers abandoned. Great service! A routine tire repair and rotation turned into a great experience. Lawrence, the store manager, and his team were accurate in communicating the wait time, knowledgeable about tire wear and tread life, and thorough when advising me on replacement timing and tire brands/specs. I will be returning for more rotations and new tires on schedule. Thank you Lawrence and team!

Recently purchased a set of Michelin Pilot 4s' from America's Tire (Bristol Street). Pricing is very good and service is exceptional. The staff are helpful, friendly, and quick to respond. Admittedly, this location is quite busy so I highly recommend an appointment. I had one scheduled and my installation was completed as promised. I did have an issue with the TPMS, and they sorted it out once I made them aware. Thanks to Lawrence, Mike and Dustin.

Had an appointment for tire rotation. The inside staff were very friendly and efficient. I waited 5 minutes, then I drove my truck into service area. The two gentlemen that worked on my tires were an awesome team. Totally time 10 minutes. You would think that they were gearing up for a pit stop at the Iddy 500. Super job. Thank you.

Lawrence was super helpful making sure I got the appropriate wheel/tire combo for my new Model Y. Everyone there has been great.

Came in replaced both front tires and the guy noticed I had plugs in my rear wheel and said he would help me out with a free tire cause of my daughter he was concerned with the saftey of us and that is far out.thanks guys your the best

New to CA from TX, we’re it’s called Discount Tire ‍️. I made the drive from San Antonio to Northern CA then Southern CA all in 8 months. Let’s say my new C63 AMG took a beating on the tires. Called around SoCal for pricing and attempted ATires just on a though. And, happy I did! Like TX the staff was helpful answered all my questions and pricing was less then nine other tire retail’s. Thanks Again!

America's Tire in general is a great business. No matter the location my family and myself have always received high quality, honest service. This location is no different. Every representative and technician is knowledgeable and helpful. Yes, they are always busy, that's to be expected of good businesses. They bend over backwards to get you in and out quickly though. My family and I have serviced 8-10 different vehicles over the past 2+ decades with these guys and will continue doing so.

Where is the negative star option! You need to be careful with these people. They will find (or create) a reason to charge you!

Went in to get 4 new trailer tires. Brayden Zeis was extremely helpful, going as far as to help me figure out why my tires were worn down un even. I Always reccomend America's Tire and their parent company because they have outstanding service. As someone who drives tens of thousands of miles per year I can easily say Discount and America's tire are the best around

Fast friendly service. Also pays to stay a customer as they have good prices and their computer remembers your tire mileage warranty information. Been using them for years.

Professional team. Took a little longer than expected and they were missing a dust cap for my new rim - they will get it on order and replace it later in the week. Overall I'm satisfied and would recommend them for tire and wheel sales/service needs.

These guys have taken care of me and my 6 vehicle for years. This is where you go for great service. They have a free air check drive up, even if you aren't a customer.

Love their fix a flat policy for free and put up as next customer, to aquire new customers, it worked for me and have been a loyal customer for 20 yes since they did that for me, when I came in with a flat. Way to go A. Tires.

Picked up a screw in a tire and it was losing air, so I stopped by this branch of America's Tire. They were attentive to my time constraint and did their best to get the tire repaired as soon as they could. My client never knew I was gone by time they got it fixed.and the best part? They fixed it for free, as they always do! What a service to the public.thanks!

Helpfull Staff but They Damage all my wheels during mounting.not the first Americas Tire that damage my wheels. Either improper mounting or careless/uncertified Tech.if you care about your wheels i would not recommend Americas tire.

Fast service, good prices. Easy online appointments. Reminders for tire rotation and pressure checks.

Fairly quick service. They have some good deals and manufacturer rebates on occasion, so be on the lookout for those. Make sure to schedule an appointment and you should be in and out in under an hour.
