The good reviews are fake, no social distancing, high prices, long wait times and Andrew still looks like a man baby

Crew is bunch of kids that mess around while working on your vehicle, lower prices can be found all around mission, Andrew will make sure you wait forever as he cannot multitask or properly handle customers, during my visit another customer asked for a manager card as the whole room was full of people waiting for them to find a clipboard they lost. Highly highly dissatisfied and will never return here.

I just wanted to thank all the employees at American Tire Co.at the Ontario Mills location, especially Jose and Luis. It was a very busy Monday morning and they maintained a very friendly and attentive attitude. They updated me on the entire process and I felt appreciated as a customer. Keep up the great attention to customer service American Tire! Thanks!

I never thought I'd ever write a bad review for America's Tire. My family has been a loyal customer of theirs since 1994. Today, my elderly mother went to have her tires checked. With COVID, things are obviously different. She parked in one of the disabled parking spots and went inside. The phones were ringing and an employee named "Daryl" was answering phones. After some time, she asked if he could help her, to which he answered, " there are people ahead of you, people who called from their cars. It's written in front of our parking spaces. " Of course that's how things are done today, but WHY AREN'T THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE HANDICAP PARKING SPACES? Finally, Daryl agrees to help my mom, when he realizes that she's buying tires. She bought four tires, which would be in tomorrow. She asked Daryl if her current tires would be okay to drive to work for one more day, and Daryl thought so (great so far), then asked her to pull into the "Air Check" bay and someone would be with her shortly. My mom positions her car in front of the "Air Check" bay, behind another car. After ten minutes, of being ignored (and at least one employee appearing to stand around) she asked that employee, if someone could check their tire pressure. He replied that they were too busy and that she'd just have to wait like everybody else. She returned inside to ask Daryl why he'd sent her there if no one was helping customers there. After taking several phone calls, and finally addressing her, he snapped at her that she was disrespecting him. Between the loud ambient noise of a tire shop, wearing a mask that makes it hard to understand the other person, her age and her accent, it becomes very frustrating to not be heard and ignored. She asked for the manager to which he sided with Daryl and she finally had it, and asked for her money back. The manager gladly refunded her money and told her to move her car because she wasn't allowed to park there (when Daryl told her to park there). I understand tempers are running short these days, we all feel it. But not having those instructions on the handicap parking spaces is a huge problem, the new COVID system is still a disaster. The lack of signage only on the handicap spaces, being a senior citizen and an immigrant, makes one feel unheard and discriminated against. America's Tire, you can do better.

Make sure you make appointment before you come in this special days. Otherwise you will need to wait for a long time. The service is good.

They offer free tire repair services, at this time it was a lifesaver for me to not have to buy a new tire. Service was quick but there was quite a wait (understandable).

I have been to this shop twice now. Always friendly, helpful and very QUICK service. Thank you Guys!

They're the best. They may seem expensive, but they have replaced many of my tires for almost nothing. Also, they are very courteous.

Prices are high and the wait time is ridiculous if you don't have an appointment or first one in line.

Exceptional customer service. I've been coming to this location over ten years and it has been consistently great all this time. Still amazing they offer free tires rotations regardless if you buy tires from them or not. They also offer free air pressure checks many people seem to use. They price match tires with online and other store locations too. Highly recommend this location for buying tires or anything else tire related.

Attentive Service with no issues while claiming my road hazard warranty. Thank you for a great service.

Gotten a screw stuck in the side of my tire they were able to patch it up and help me get back on the road

Order online set appt. Show up and be treated with respect and kindness. I don't know who does the hiring, but they are a very good judge of character. All employees are well trained in their profession and customer service. They offer a wide variety of price ranges on their tires, which is very helpful for those times when your short on cash. 4 tires installed on my son's Mazda 3 only cost me a touch over 300$ installed. Thanks

I just watched a video online of a customer, who was well over the lifespan of his tires, and was attempting to get his tire fixed under warranty due to a nail in the tire. I applaud your staff for sticking to their guns and potentially forcing the customer to buy new tires, even though it cause a confrontation, it was nice seeing an employee of yours stand up to dangerous drivers on the road.

Angel was very helpful and had me back on the road in no time at all. Thanks for the great service.

Came back here after a negative experience about a year and a half ago (after realizing that experiences elsewhere where not much better) and a gentleman named Randle helped me out and restored my faith in this locations great customer service. Competitive prices, warranty and road hazard certificates; you can’t get any better.
