The place looked professional but the service was not as expected, I left my car to repair a flat tire after an hour I called to check if they have fixed it as they were almost closing then the guy called me and told me that the tire can’t be fixed and it has to be replaced I asked for a reason he said the nail in the tire was too much of an angle inside the tire, I asked him to put the spare and I will go pick the car and when I went to the place and I was almost leaving I thought of checking if they did place the tire in my trunk but I couldn’t find it and when I asked them they said it’s in my trunk and I had to wait till they find it and I checked the tire the hole was not that big of a deal

This is where I go to get new tires. They have good prices and a god selection of new tires from different companies. The last time I needed tires for my Prius I called about 5 other tire stores and none of them could beat the deal that America's Tire quoted me. I have gone back to have my tires rotated and they never charge me. Also I hit a piece of metal on the freeway and it runied a tire that I had only had on the car for a month. They replaced it and only charged me a small pro-rated charge. I was very happy with their service.

I wanted to specifically shout out Derek who I worked with today. We run a BMW and Porsche shop right down the road from this location. We don't do tires, so when a client requests any tire work we will occasionally coordinate having it done here while we have the car.

We had an M5 in the shop that was having issues with it's tire pressure monitoring system - since we don't mount tires, I had to bring it down to this location to have them installed. The team at America's Tire not only found that the OEM sensors wouldn't work with the aftermarket wheels on the car, but they walked me through why the fitment wouldn't work. They reviewed the various sensors they had in stock that they tested. Ultimately when they didn't have the sensors needed - they walked me through what would be needed, and how to modify it to fit the setup on this customized BMW M5.

So even though they couldn't complete the work, they took the time to investigate and provide a path to resolution for my client. Awesome work and I would recommend them to anyone.

My go to tire and wheel shop to get things done. Appointments are the best way to go. If you are lucky walking in is also doable.

Great service. My first visit because they offer a free tire pressure check. I have a dually pickup and checking the inside rear tires is almost impossible. They not only took the time to check all of the tires, they also gave me a coupling and clip to do it myself on our planned cross country trip. All done timely, friendly, and free.

People who work here are so so nice, I didn't know I can get some credit because the tire I bought didn't meet the warranty, and the guy (Manny) got the credit for me. Amazing guy.

America's Tire, especially the store on Aspen in Lake Forest, has always treated me well. They don't fool around with safety by pushing cheap junk, and always find a solution for the odd sized tires our vehicles require.

I think the guys here are very diligent when it comes to their work.ive shown up there without appointments and they've still helped me out.their shop is a busy one and is too bad the other store closed on alicia pkwy so it's time to now build a bigger one lake forest so the guys can move about without the cramped quarters?

Great service, very competitive prices, a large inventory of products, and knowledgeable staff will give you good advice and not try to sell you something you do not need. I have bought four sets of tires from America's tire since last dealing with Costco and no problems or regrets.

Went in with a leaking tire, and despite how busy they were they repaired the leak and had me out in less time than originally estimated. I *did* have an appointment, but they had a lot of walk-ins and must have been working fast. Thanks, guys!
