Worst tire shop around. You better set aside 3 hours of your day. Appointments don't matter, they still won't touch your car for an hour!

Absolutely love this company! And employees like Porter are what makes your company awesome. Thank you all for all you do.of you need a friendly face and a warm greeting go to Americas tire. I love Ontario branch but I'm quite sure all of there locations are the same.

Don’t come here if it’s for flat tire. They say it’s free and check you in and prioritize everything for the work they get paid for. The manager and Steve I told them they are processing orders of people who came after me but they have all excuses for them.

It’s clear they want to triage the flat tires over the ones they get more money. It’s totally unfair. I called wrote coming and I was told it will be quick and I cane and checked in and boom they say I’m 35 people behind.

Extremely poor customer service especially from the management. What a waste of time

AAA I came here on recommendation from you. You shouldn’t have them as their authorize service providers.

When the work was done I asked for tire shine and they said they ran out. Seriously can believe. The car before mine was a Land Rover and they did it right in front of my eyes and now it ran out.

No mater if I call or come in these folks weather behind the desk or behind the office are trained in 110% customer service I would not go anywhere else for my tire needs highly recommend to say the least. More than happy repeat customer!

Showed up at 12pm told me now more than 2hr I checked back with some one close to two hours and I was told I was down for a 3pm appointment but nobody told me about it so I'm sitting here wasting my time

Ryan over here at America’s Tire is the epitome of an amazing salesman and manager! He talks to his customers like you’re family. This America’s Tire staff also works super fast! I dropped off my car to get new wheels and I was back within the hour to pick it up. Super great customer service by everyone here especially Ryan! I will be returning for sure!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Slightly busy and might have to wait little longer than usual but for the service you get I think it is worth it.

Found my car on cinder blocks. Bought new tires and they are amazing. Awesome service. Thank you again!

The gentlemen who assist customers are very efficient, great with time management and very courteous. The Corona store, in my opinion, is excellent. They are very knowledgeable about tires, wear, and preventative measures in caring for your tires.

I was a big believer big warehouse stores was the future, even with tires. One day I bit hard and walked into this store in Corona and I am never looking back. These guys are so responsive and courteous I truly feel they genuinely want my business. I may comparatively pay a few more bucks, but it is so worth it and they work so hard to earn my business.

This place is a joke! Called to see if they did inner patches on a flat tire they said yes and to come on down, so I did waited about 5 mins a young man with glasses came out to look at the tire and asked if I had bought them there I said no I told him I got a piece of metal Stuck in the middle of the tire and had to to a emergency tire plug myself and it did not work so I put the space on he said that they couldn't look at the tire or do nothing it it was tampered with previously? It's like bro there's a freaking hole in the middle how much more does it have to be messed with! Makes no sense all these big chains hire kids with no experience and just makes things worse. I ended up going down to Lalos tires a few miles down and he took care of me right away fixed the issue I highly recommend this place it looks Run down but they help you and have great prices. A little info on myself I am in the Auto industry been on it for at least 25 years I own Luminosity Auto I am a master tech all my cars are customised so I know about cars and this place just let me down.

Got the pressures right, got the torque on the lug nuts right, and did exactly what I asked. This is the first time any tire shop has done everything right for me. The intake process, billing, and final delivery were all done with extreme professionalism and efficiency. Completely blown away by how well the whole process went.

Great services. Great employees. Free pressure checks and rotations on tires purchased here. Got an unfixable flat and they replaced tire for free. Their Warranty is the best.

This location is conveniently located right next to the freeway, has great customer service, and is speedy. I called to make an appointment, and they were actually able to get me in right away. The staff at America's Tire is usually pretty friendly, and the prices are competitive, so I usually recommend them anyway. But this store in particular, is above the rest.

Always a pleasant experience. We've been doing business with this location for over 4 years, and every time we go the employees are over the top respectful, courteous, and their service is the best!

I made an appointment and they still took cars in front of me when u make an appointment you a supposed to be n a bay within twenty minutes not an hour. Company policy I quests this location doesn't care. 1.5 hours later this is BS!
