America's Tire

I have had great experience with America's Tire on multiple occasions. Not only they are professional and honest individuals, their business model is very ethical and creates an organic customer loyalty. I would give them my business for all my tire needs whenever I get a chance.
- They didn't sell me a tire when it wasn't needed. (Other places I visited just wanted to sell me a tire that could've been patched)
- Their prices are very competitive and do an awesome job

I visited this location for a flat tire and their professional staff checked me in within minutes. The wait time given was accurate, and the technicians were very efficient and quick.

They are considerate of COVID regulation and all the staff members were wearing masks. They even let me pull into their garage myself so no other individual gets in my car.

I got a screw in my tire which was leaking badly. I called and was told they could fix it in about an hour (this about 1 1/2 hours to closing on a Saturday during COVID19 times).
Personnel were very courteous and efficient. They fixed the tire and checked and pumped up the other 3- all with no charge of course since I ALWAYS buy my tires from this location. Waited mostly outside due to COVID and felt very safe. On the road again in a little more than an hour. Highly recommend this store!

Nice job implementing social distancing during the covid era. Been going to this location for very long time. They always have decent prices and do a good job.

Always make appointment online so you don’t have to wait. Awesome service free air check and minor tire repair.

Great service but the text message that you received is misleading. I got the text but the car is not ready and you still have to wait. Just don’t like waiting.

Took my pick up in a couple weeks bak to have a flat fixed, fill the tires to 50psi and my tires rotated. I had an apointment and It took them almost 3 hours to fix my truck and the only thing done was the flat repaired. They over inflated all 4 of my tires and never rotated them. 3 hours for a fix that should have taken them 10 mins

Had a nail in my tire that caused a slow air leak. I called at first and was surprised to find out they repair tires regardless if you purchased from them or not and for FREE! Other tire shops will charge you around $25 for the same repair.
So I took my car in and had my car ready to go within a couple of hours and on a very day too so was kinda surprised wasn't longer. I'll definitely come back when it's time to replace tires.

I was a long-time customer of Discount Tire, America’s Tire’s other company, when I lived in Phoenix. I was so happy to find they had an outpost here, as it totally lived up to the high expectations I had for the chain. Doug helped me with a couple of new tires and made sure everything was perfect before I left. I drove an hour over from Santa Cruz and I’m glad I did. I’ll be doing all my tire business here!

Very bad. I did not know before. They could patch the tire easily. Instead, they replace both of my rear tire (trying to tell me replace all four new tires) charged me a lot. Definitely not recommended!

Excellent Service, Darrell really takes his time with every Customer. He, along with the Garage Tire Staff appreciate every person who steps through the doors & bays. I will be back and I will recommend them to my City Co-workers. Good Customer Services.

Excellent service! Ordered my tires on line, setup my appointment and was in and out within an hour. Whole experience was excellent. I would recommend them to everyone.

I gave my key to them at 10: 45 AM. They did not realize that the bag which should have the key didn't have it until I had my lunch and came back at 1: 20 PM. The service is so poor.

Exceptionally good service advisor helped me decide on replacement tires; good explanations; quick friendly service. Only quibble is that the tech didn't repack spare tire and jack parts correctly in the trunk.

Very pleasant experience. Staff were helpful and friendly. This is the second time I have used them and I remain happy with their product. The only negative from this visit was that the replacement of 4 tires took around an hour instead of the expected 30 mins. They were busy and provided coffee and water so not a big issue.

Went there for a free tire rotation. They tried to convince me to replace my tires (after only 20k miles). I asked a different mechanic and he told.me that my tires are still in great shape and don't need to be replaced.

I've been to several America's Tire and my wait time has always been more than a couple hours. This was my first time at this location & we were out in less than an hour! Definitely recommend booking an appointment ahead of time too!

Nice service the staffs don't push you a lot on upselling and cross selling.its unique in this business

Call in and talk to one of the reps! These guys know their tired and rhe prices are right.
Faster service if you have an appointment!
The guys will educate you if you need to or just order the tires you need if you are into specials!

Great service.make sure to get the warranty for your tires if you buy or lease a new vehicle, since you don't have road hazard fix or replacement from dealership
