America's Tire

Brought my car in to get tire repaired and that went ok, but they didn't reset tpms and the light won't go off so now I have to go back and waste time

I made a appointment to get a tire repair and it took about 45 minutes. To me that seems long when you have a appointment.

On Thursday 7/9/20 I purchased four Off Road tires. 1st visit, paid in full $1,751.96, dropped off new rims in the box to be mounted. 2nd visit you install the new rims and tires.
On Friday 7/10/20 2nd visit, brought it back due to loud clicking noise. Your staff then inverted the inside valve stems so they would not hit my brakes.
3rd visit was 10 minutes later on a flat tire. The inverted valve stem popped out and my tire went flat so a 4th visit for repairs was done this time your staff put steel valve stems with retainer nuts to insure they would not pop out again. I then asked that they do all four tires, and they did. 5th visit 10 minutes later, my rear air pressure sensors were showing red as they did when I had the flat earlier. Your technician told me after 10 miles it will turn off. It's been 50 miles and it's not off. Leaving on vacation in my 2020 Jeep Gladiator on Monday 7/13/20, I hope and pray the valve stems were installed properly this time. And when I return I will make a 6th visit to hopefully get it corrected.
I have purchased tires on 8 different vehicles over the years. Your staff is kind and professional. Yet if that valve stem popped out on the freeway, the results would have been bad for me. Now I'm not even sure the sensors are in the rim, they may have taken them out?

I've been using America's Tire for 35 yrs plus, today I ordered tires for new rims on my F150. Menifee's location was packed / busy, so I left my rims there, Mark will have my tires mounted on the rims, I'll stop by after work tomorrow & get the set mounted on my Truck. Hope Mark remembers tomorrow to get this job done. Update 07/16: Mark had my tires mounted on the rims when I showed up & I was in & out quickly. Great Job Guys.

I had a great experience today. They are always filled with lots of good information and are willing to help. The best part was the customer service! It was top notch. I had a slow leak in one of my tires. They inspected the tire, found the problem, repaired the puncture all for free. If I had bought my tires there I might possibly expect this service. But this is a new car with new tires and they still took care of it at no charge. The place is clean, well organized. The techs are friendly and work and act in a way worthy of your business. When it's time for me to buy tires, this is where I'm going.

Great store. Love the free tore check. I got the replacement insurance and it has saved me more than I paid, due to road hazards. The staff has always been professional and helpful.

Very friendly and fast service. I was trying to get the cheapest tires put on before I traded my vehicle in. They never tried to up sale me and were very competitive price wise. Been a customer with them for 15 years. Dont plan on stopping any time soon.

Picked up nail in one tire. It was fixed and I was back on the road, since i made an appointment, very quickly. Definitely recommended.

Tried ordering tires always usually use you guysAnd just moved here so I figured I’d call this location and get great service! I called this location today the guy could care less and said he couldn’t order it didn’t even offer to try looking something different up

I bought four new tires for my wife's BMW X1. Their prices were the lowest around. I made an appointment and the tires were installed in 30 minutes.

This place is amazing great customer service and they are SO FAST. I literally got there around 8: 05 and told them i need to be at work by 9 and they had my car all done by 8: 35 plenty of time to get to work and their prices are great

I am not happy with American tires they damaged my truck and did nothing about it I will not go back and I will not recommend to anyone.

America's Tire is the best, the only place to go for your vehicle tires. I have been a loyal customer to America's Tire for about 16 yrs. I will not go anywhere else for tires or tire related issues, rotations and flat repairs. This is only my second visit to this location and I am very pleased with the customer service.

Always found the prices to be more than reasonable quick and friendly service and if there's ever a problem with the tires that they sold you they are always there to make it right.

I like America's Tire. Free tire plug if we get a flat and if we buy new tires we get free tire rotations. Good prices and fast service.

Great service (as usual from this chain). This was my first time at this location and they were great and got us in and out quickly. Gave me options and explained the benefits of each tire and considered my driving needs as I live out of the area with different road conditions etc. I'm very happy with the whole experience.

All I can say about America's Tire is that I don't consider going elsewhere. I mean I guess there probably are other tire places, but I will have to keep wondering. I going to need new tires early in 2019. When I get them I will be going to America's Tire.
