America's Tire

Never been disappointed by a Discount or America's Tire until today. They had an open bay and several techs just standing around chatting but I was told it was a three hour wait to mount one tire. Won't be back to this location.

Good and prompt service. I suggest you make an appointment for your service. It makes it so much easier to go through the process of getting tires for your vehicle.

I bought 4 tires at American Tire in March 2019. And I purchased the extended warranty. Just recently (a year later) I had a slow leak in my right rear tire, had to keep airing it up. Made an appointment, went to have it checked out. Turns out, I had a staple in my tire that they could not fix. I got a new tire for $13.00, the cost of extended warranty on the new tire! And I was driving away before my actual appointment time! What more could you ask for? !? !?

Be better if they did alignments guess should have asked that question 1st just assumed u do tires u do alignments but Steve was great got what I wanted done and in a timely manner

There was an issue with my truck and the tire sensors. David, the manager, went above any beyond to correct the problem and take make sure I was taken care of. I appreciated the hard work both David and the staff performed. Thank you.

Bfgoodrich ko2 tires. They had what I needed in stock. They were helpful in helping me to decide on the best tires.

Travelling home from LA to Vancouver Canada. Caught a screw somewhere. Came in around 1pm on a Saturday. Explained my need and asked if it could be repaired quickly. Got us in right away, fixed and polished all tires, lubed all my doors, help me program my truck. I was back on the road within 1hr and they didn't charge me! Very helpful staff. I really appreciated their service. Highly recommend.

Went there because of a flat tire. Since I had bought my tires at they're store in Modesto they just looked up my account and true to they're policy there was no charge. They were fast and courteous.

Love the company wait time is crazy though. Seems like booking an appointment has no bearing on service time.

Prices are good service is lack luster. Kids acting like they know what thier talking about. Les Schwab is defiantly a superior choice. However neither of these chains really know how to align a lifted truck.

Best place ever. You go to the tire shop by main st and industrial they are thieves. Bought some tires and one starting to crack 4 months later they said that’s factory they only do thread warranty. When they sold them brand new promised 50,000 mile warranty. America’s tire back up their product. Great store.

I really like their service, but they really need to knock it off with all the sales pitches. Told the salesmen today that I just want to look through the tires and pick which ones I want. After I pick which one I wanted he second-guessed my pick, by showing me all these different snow ratings and stuff.the salesman here are just out of control and need to recognize when someone just wants to buy a damn tired.

Very friendly service but this place is always busy! It's almost like everyone gets their tires here because they are that good. I've only come here for rotations but I will update my review when I go in in the next few months for new tires and wheels

They were busy when i got there for my appt time, so no one greeted me, but i didnt expect it.i got in line behind 2 people at the counter and on my turn he Was polite, courteous, and showed me many selections, I picked one, they took my van in, right away, put my four tires on! Brought my van near the front door when finished. Had tires for two years now, still look, feel great.happy customer!

The service at the Manteca store is bad. No one welcomed when I went in. Stood around for ten minutes and still no offer for customer help. Took my money to the Riverbank store.

Jason did a great job mounting my tires. He went out of his way to call me and double check with on which way I wanted the tires mounted

This place does a great job. I have never had a problem with American Tire. The only thing that sucks is the Waite. But if you make a appointment it would be quicker. Ill be making appointments for now on. According to them those who make appointments come first over walk ins. Over all i was expressed by the service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
