Americold Logistics, Victorville CA

I was interested at the Victorville CA Americold Logistics, and the person who interviewed me told me that the hiring was put in hold, and he told me to wait for at least 3 weeks and that if I can count on the job, and I told him yes, but a month pass and he never had the professionalism to call me back if they were going to hire me, I lost one month of employment because I was hoping to get on his decision, I'm so disappointed by this administration, I applied so many times to this facility

The older lazy is so rude has no respect. She needs to get fired inmediately.

The older lady with short hair at the guard shack needs to be fired asap. Have dealt with her twice and she is the rudest most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with

Half the guards are on point and really know what they're doing. The other half flat out don't care to learn how to do their job. They won't help you at all. Also warehouse lags on getting trailers loaded on-time.

You have to deal with the guard shack gremlin. She needs to check her attitude.
Overnight parking on the street. Don’t try and check in early.
She will yell at you.
Slide your tandems before you bump the dock then go to the driver check in door.

This company must fire all the security guard, they are so disrespectful, no one wanna even to work, they don’t even know how to talk to the people, I think they should go to school first so they could learn.
