Avoid. Only by appointment. I missed my apt due to my previous drop, arrived at 7: 30am and got door at 6;15pm, its 9pm and I'm still not empty. I have like 4-5 pallets. Lazy AF, but they take you lumper money as soon you get in door. Sorry guys, this is not how you run business.

Was here on time for a delivery, they took 5 hours for 5 pellets these guys are slow af never wanna come back here

Ok.interesting place. Check-in, and check-out procedures/“rituals” took FOREVER, but actual unloading was quick. People were polite, and helpful. Would give it five stars, if not for all the hoops needed to be jumped through. Just make sure you allow yourself PLENTY of time to arrive here. Oh yea, and the drive through the town of Modesto took forever. Truck routes are marked.but numerous stoplights, and twists and turns.

Slowest place in the world. Took 10 hours to unloaded 4 pallets. I gladly can give 0 stars but doesn't have that option. Not interested to come back here.

Say no if you get a dispatch to deliver here, all americold suck.you can always say no. I mean it isnt thay hard to unload a few pallets jeeezes.this place need to go out of business.no room in this country fo incompetent people.

Bad place. They charge if you come late. I came early. My appt is at 8: 30 pm and here I sit at 9: 35pm still waiting for door. Whose going to pay me.

Don’t waste your time coming here earlier than scheduled appointment. Slow unloading and always busy. Expected wait time, 2-3 hours or more.

Coming up on 5 hrs to unload, arrived 2 hrs early and got right in but here i sit. Can you spell Detention?

Telling myself to check in close to the appointment time next time, so I can save my hours of service.they taking their sweets time to do stuff around here.

One of the better companies I've delivered to. The girls that check drivers the late shift are freaking awesome. Did I say Awesome? I wish every company I delivered to had employees like them. They really went the extra mile to help me out. Professional Curtious and freaking rock stars. Give those 2 a raise. Great all around experience.

Such a terrible place! If you arrive earlier, you must pay $ 250.if late - must pay $ 250.you have an appointment after 5 pm - guess what? You must pay $ 250. I wait for unloading more than 24 hours and then I will pay them anyway.

We were in and out of here in two hours. No one was rude to us. Give them respect and they will respect you. Checked in an hour early and everything went well. Didn’t have to pay a penny. It all went well.

Really hard to find entrance. No visible gate or sign on road. And they are trying to take benefit out of it by charging late fee of $250.

This place is really slow. Ive been here since 7.30am and now its is 13: 00. Still no sign of being unloaded. They waste a lot of time for no reason. Just because of them being slow im going to miss my appointment for my next pick up and going to be stuck here all week.

Appointment at 09: 00, arrived at 08: 00 to a complete disaster. Took one hour to check in to security, they had no clue what they were doing. After waiting for another two hours finally got a door only to sit there waiting on lumpers for another 2.5 hours. Unloading took about an hour and add another 45 minutes for them to figure out the paperwork. All in all a waste of a day. Thanks Americold!

Street parking and a few spots on lot. No food truck that i could see. Got door right away and was unloaded within the hour. I was very impressed. Lady at check in was very nice and so was the guy that met me at door B2. Gray place to unload. Only 5 stars because there is no food truck.

Truck etrance is 241 spenker ave, if you get appointment after 17: 00, get ready to pay $150 for your "overtime" appointment. They're taking their sweet a** time to get you a door, our appointment time was 19: 00, got here 2 hours early, right now is 22: 00 and still waiting for a door. The worst americold so far.

Yup, they kept us there until 02: 00, which is 7 hours from the appointment time.
