Super-friendly shipping office, the loader did a perfect job placing 41000#. Didn't have to slide my tandems at all. Took less than 2 hours to load. I wish other coolers could learn from this example!

I would give them 5 star. Appointment time 7am checked in at 6: 45am loaded by 9: 15. I was in and out in 2HRs and 15 minutes.
