Checked in at 3a on 11/3/22 parked on the street about 1030p on 11/2/22. Got a door right away wait until a worker came out to tell me to open my doors and slide my tandem and back up in the door again then they off loaded me very fast off load. Today I was happy got a gd day to come here 1st time. If it's like this I'll come back then ladie in receiving office was very nice a polite I have no complaints so thank you guys for allowing me to keep moving at a good time.

Some of the worst supervisors and managers around along with a ridiculous quota for the workers. Unreasonable expectations and really old facility that leaks ammonia.

Checked in @3 am got unloaded 10: 30am, they took one pallet and rearrange it for their next shipment what I understood, but i supervisor jose was nice he told unloaders to take out all load off from trailer and restock afterwards… h Jose really helped me out

Receiving department starts checking drivers in at 3: 00 a.m. Park on street & walk to check in. Some drivers pull in the very small & tight lot to go check in and it makes those that are trying to get in a door have to wait for them to move. Limited room for backing but not too bad. I checked in at 3: 00 a.m. For a 7: 45 a.m. Appointment and was done with paperwork in hand by 04: 30 a.m.
Only one problem. I called the night before to get specifics on the place before arriving. I was told by a man in shipping/receiving to come down CA-57, take exit 9 and turn left on Imperial hwy, then turn left on Kraemar st, and then right on Orbiter St. DO NOT TURN ON KRAEMER ST GOING IN TO THIS FACILITY. I was told after arriving by the lady in receiving that police will write you a ticket for using Kraemar St to go in to this place. I later noticed a no trucks sign posted on Kraemar St. She said you can leave on Kraemar St, but you just can't come in on Kraemar st. Instead go down to Saturn St, and then turn on to Orbiter St.
Lots of people say there is no parking or a 2 hour limit on Orbiter st, but both the guy and the lady in receiving told me that they have seen trucks parked there at night with no issue. When I arrived, there was about 5 or 6 trucks parked on the side of Orbiter St, like they had been parked there for a while. Just follow the directions coming in to this place and be careful docking in the tight lot, and you will be OK.

Very Nice staff, unloading me in just one hour, expensive lumper, backing is little tight but it’s okay, street parking available 9/10

Very small lot but doable. Biggest problem is all their empty pallets stacked on the lot takes away about 10 feet of maneuvering room for about 6 docks

You hav to park your truck on street for checking and drop ur paper work in drop box outside of shipping and receiving office. I had delivery for smart & final they check in me near 2: 35 am my appointment time is 3 am. They open between 2: 30 to 3 am. Enterance is too tight be careful

You must leave your paperwork on the top drawer on this table with your phone number on it and than ring the bell button so someone can come outside and pick it up, than they will call you to tell you your assigned dock door

Drivers be carefull when deliver, receiving clerk is not there to do her job, i check in with her, she told me after lumper check my seal, open doors and bring the seal to me, i did same, still when i was done on my bills she write with red no seal tacted, i asked her the reason, she said bcoz she already gave bills to lumper to start unloading and she just write no seal, and it costs me $150 my load was only $300,24 hrs run,
