Very quick and efficient!
Arrived at 2130 for a 2200 appointment. I was loaded with paperwork in hand and checking out with security at 2230. Spent only an hour on property.

Don’t check in more than a hour early to your appointment they say it’s a $185 fee. Once you pull up there’s a speaker box and you give your appointment number. Then you park on the right and go check in between 9-10. Then they’ll give you a door. It took them about 3 hours to unload.

Everyone is here so good they’ve overnight parking and they also unloaded me before my drop off time I really appreciate everybody here they treated so well and friendly

Appt 1400. Checked in 1315. Unloaded & released 1440. Only knocked a star off because no indoor restrooms (portapotty outside)

Was okay not much room for big trucks to park to deliver but other than that very good to deliver and load at for truck drivers anyway recommending coming 1 hour before your appointment in order to get good parking

Great place for delivery, you can come early wait in there parking lot, backing is kind of tight if there are trailers parked in front of dock.nice girl at the check in window, welcome you with big smiles.

I had my appointment 9: 00 AM but I reached early around 5: 00 AM. I checked in that time but she denied and said, you are too early from your appointment. So I came back and check in again around 8: 30 AM. I was waiting long time to unload my truck. After 4-5 hours they called me to get my paperwork. I checked out 1: 12 PM. Because of them I had to be pay penalty for my next load. Even I read many feedback of this company, people are saying they paid $185 for late fees if they are late more then 30 min but I have questions to the company, what they gonna say about my time which they wasted 4-5 hours. I didn’t like the service of them. Even they do not have cleaned restroom for drivers.

A ok get in park to the right & chekin. & wait & wait & wait & waite get a dock & wait

Appointment time was for 6am. Was given a door and backed in. Unloading didn't start till about 9am and wasn't off property untill 11am.

At 9 o'clock appointment it's almost 11: 30 A. M.now Still has not touched me what good does it do to have appointments if you don't load trucks on time

The check in lady is very rude will look at then ignore you then finally after 10 minutes waiting to check in they might give you a door then after you get to the door they ignore you even more very very very disrespectful place

For an americold its not bad. Not as good as others.
It is a little tight to back in to some doors. The good part is there is a little more room between the doors that makes it easier. Check is normal. No rude people here today.

No bathrooms except one outside and so dirty bad. This is how to treat us driver's? Very disrespectful to us. Come in early no other trucks and not able to get you in to load.

Nasty bathrooms.
Late if over 30 min.
Sometimes takes too long to unload and load.
Park before you enter (dont be a jacka$$)

Park on the right, walk in by door 9-10 to check in. 1 hour early and they will let you check in. Usually 1 hour or 2 to unload and your out.

Yep terrible place. My appointment was at 9a.m got there at 845a.m they told me they changed the appointment to 11a.m they give me a door then make me move for another driver and make me wait hours. This place is no good for otr
