Nice people working here. I had been delayed coming over Donner Pass (big surprise), and they were more than accommodating with a reschedule. I was able to make an appointment for 1130 the day after my original appointment, though I arrived at 0730 and was given a door immediately. All of the staff and lumpers were pleasant and expedient. One of the better Americold facilities in the nation, as far as I'm concerned.
