The program was going great, until it wasn’t. I received a summons to appear in court. One of my creditors, which I have enrolled in the program, is taking me to court. I have not missed a single payment in the program. That is hard to do. I sent Americor every bit of paperwork along the way. Every time I submit a document, I receive an email which seems to be an automated reply. They say they will be in touch and ask me to pay extra money into the account. They have not been in touch. They have not answered their phone when I’ve called. I went to court alone and ignorant against a major CC company this week. I was granted a continuance. I submitted info to Americor for the plaintiffs law firm. All I got from Americor was the same old response saying they would be in touch, and tell me I should put more money into my account. I replied to that email. They replied with the same non-service and almost mockingly encouraged me to put more money into my account. I have never failed to pay the agreed upon amount. Americor is failing me.
