I spent what may have been over an hour trying to simply get the itemized charges (to date) on my account and I still haven't gotten the information I requested!

Hello, I have directions for the delivery person on my account to call, email, or text me 1 day a head and 2 hour before delivery and the directions were never followed. Then you come to my gate that is locked not even knowing you were coming at all. The guy was nice and had to wait! For my new instructions the grama and kids inside were asleep and in show so I had to not wanting to give guy my gate combination that I didnt want to.: (I called days before and asked why and all the resp on the phone just didnt have answer just dumb i dont know answers

Actual service personnel were great. Your method of responding - outsourced to maybe the Philippines? - lacks any real problem solving for urgent problems in a local setting. There's no way to talk to a local office, and it shows a corporate disdain for your customers.

The experience from the driver was pleasant. I did find it very strange that the driver was from out of state. The last delivery the driver also from out of state.

Received invoice with wrong present reading of 7172 on 7/14/23. We took picture of meter 7/25/23 & reading was 7166! Called & Ellie said we had to email proof or pay $47.60 to have employee come to document! Unfair business practice in my opinion. Other residents here have also had same difficulties with Amerigas.

We didn’t expect a delivery so soon, but we were very grateful at the ease and efficiency of this last delivery.

I never know when you are coming. When you do come you block my driveway. I instantly then have a huge bill. A little notice and warning would be nice. Two visits in a month and then no visits in other months is hard to plan for. Last months visit came when my tank was very low. After it got filled I smelled fumes for three days

Won't give me past invoices of payments where my money went that was a credit on my account

Jesse our delivery driver makes sure we have propane when we need it. He is the example of who a company should be proud of to have working for them. A first class diligent, hard working man we are proud to know when he delivers our propane. Celebrate him!

No hiccups whatsoever… we have a hard to find property and the driver had no problem with contacting us and making the delivery.

A great company to maintain my propane needs. They monitor and fill my tank as needed.couldn't ask for more. Thank you

During the coldest part of winter, it took your company over 3 weeks to deliver propane to my house when I had zero propane left in the tank.

4/28/2023 - AG responded to my review, apologizing for the poor customer service and asking for me to reach out to them directly. Ha. Too little, too late. Their choice to replace local offices with a regional (national?) call center is the reason for this poor customer service. Customers are blocked from communicating with local service providers and given the runaround by the call center. I have "voted with my dollars" and given my business to another company.

The customer service refused to even listen to my complaint but rather put me on hold and then drop the call completely. My complaint has still been ignored.

Ran out of propane in spite of Amerigas claim "you will never run out". Faulty algorithm did not adjust for extended winter weather in northern California. "Emergency response" was they would try to schedule us ASAP, meaning in a day or two. Fortunately, an employee bypassed company policy and drove his truck to our house that evening. Another employee on the phone line kindly provided an adequate credit to our account. Employees great, company not so great.

Terrible delivery service ever since calls are out sourced and you can't speak with someone local. Twice now, it's taken over 10 days to get a delivery. Having our tank removed and going with someone local.

Amerigas has provided the worst customer service and the most dishonest experience that I have ever had.
I signed up with them because they said they could save me money on the per gallon price of propane. They came and installed their tank and removed mine in November. My tank disappeared and and was never seen again. They sent me a bill for more than $1500 just to bring their own tank to my property and pretty much steal mine. There is nothing in my contract that says I have to pay anything to begin service with them or to have a tank delivered. They did not inform me that I would incur these charges but I received a bill and threatening letters if I did not pay it.
Then they failed to fill their tank for 4 months, I had no gas from November until February. But they continued to bill me for the tank intsallation. I made 12 different appointments with them to fill my tank.took those days off from work but they did not come or call. When I called them, I reached an operator in the Phillipines who had no idea what was going on locally and who read from a script. The operator promised someone would contact me bit nobody ever did.
I very much regret ever signing up with Amerigas. The internet is full of complaints about them from hundreds of their customers

Amerigas is expensive! There is no set schedule depending on the area you are in and you will not know what day or time. You get an estimation. You just place an order and wait for them to show up when they can. Just cancelled their service and going to a competitor in town that is much more reasonably priced. I switched propane services and called them to cancel.

Have been waiting two weeks for gas and have spoken to no less than seven different people trying to get SOMEONE, ANYONE to come fill the tank on property. When we call, we are just told to call a different number (which then tells us to call yet another number or sometimes the same number we had already called.) At one point spouse asked for the representative's name so we can keep a record of who is telling us what, and they hung up instead.
Our tank is almost empty at this point and their incompetence is getting to the point of endangering our safety as temps get low here.

Literally the worst propane company I've ever had to deal with. Waiting over a week and a half for and expedited emergency delivery. Was told same day delivery, never showed. Was told 1 day delivery, never showed. Now it's next day delivery. My child literally has no hot water to bathe. What an awful company. Your apologizing means nothing when you still haven't delivered! Showed be zero stars.
