Robert Burton and Christopher Moeller are both amazing! Very helpful and punctual. Highly recommend if your looking for help with your home mortgage.

This is the worst costumer service. Everything is out sourced and they will leave you on hold for over an hour hoping that you just hang up. They won’t let you talk to a manager if you ask to escalate the issue. The only way they call you back is when you get the CFPB involved.

Really difficult to get an actual person to answer a call into the customer service line to cancel our autopayment on our mortgage due to a property sale. And when I did FINALLY find a human to speak with, she disconnected the call almost immediately after answering - so then it was another 10 minutes of navigating menus to finally be transferred to a representative only to wait on hold again. Overall, the experience was subpar - thankfully we are selling our property and this was hopefully my last call or interaction with Amerihome Mortgage Company.
