2I had a terrible experience with a girl with brown hair and glasses working at the front she yelled at me infront of the entire waiting room letting me know my insurance was invalid trying to embarrass me in public but I work full time and my work changed insurance providers so I was looking for the info and she took me off the list to see a doctor without even asking if I wanted to do self pay and I found my work info and went to a different window and she was very nice. The girl in the glasses shouldn’t be employed here if she has terrible customer service that was a terrible day because she hates her own life and takes it out on people trying to go see a doctor not see her
Do not get full x-rays done at ampla. They do not do anything except pull teeth and the dentist that does it is extremely unprofessional. Medi-Cal patients deserve better.
