Ampla Health Yuba City Pediatrics

Stuff, I make for appointments a physical for my son 4 months ago! Now, they call back to cancel appointment,! They have nobody to take over! That tell us make appointments for next year! So disappointed it! Doctors leave for whole months, that’s the reason they said! I got mad because doctors leave already, then now let us know!

Dr. Ganesan is one of the best and knowledgeable doctors. He listens to parents. I've never waited long like some reviews state. They always get us in the same day. I take 5 kids there. Definitely 100 percent recommend doctor Ganesan. And I've seen a lot of doctors over 15 years of being a parent.

First time mom here, and let me say that Dr. Ganesan is a wonderful pediatrician to my son! Always available when my son needs to get seen! Super sweet to my son and gives me a lot of information on what to do when unexpected events happen! Definitely recommend him!

Ampla Health has been amazing to our family. From the start, the Medical Receptionist who greets us, and evaluates our needs are truly respectful and attentive. I'v always felt respected and listened too. Next the Medical Assistants. I love that they know how to talk to my little ones, and get them to comply, without being scsred. Patience is always present. I could go on forever tbh. The PROVIDERS, here's where my heart lies. They listen, they answer, they fill prescription fast, they always have my child seen quickly. My provider, always offers alternatives, and never just shuts me up or shuts me down. He is fast and efficient.
I am sorry for anyone who has had a bad experience but please do not let that detour you from Ampla. Next to both facilities, medical and pediatrics, is administration. They are the glue of ampla, and would jump to fix any problem. I have 4 kids and 5 years at Ampla, wouldn't change it. We came from Paradise, which if you've been treated at any Adventist out there, your standards must be as high as mine, give ampla a try!

Charged me $70 for hospital discharge when I wasn't at their facility and never saw an Ampla Health employee.

I love Dr Boparai. He has been my kids doc for about 20 years. He has anyways been helpful and caring. There’s usually a wait but so worth it. I wish more doctors were like him that actually care about doing their job.

The receptionist and referral department are the worst. They blame you for everything and take no accountability
