Purchased 2 sets of towels on amazon. 1 set is embossed and patterned. The other not, and is thinner than the embossed one.

I ordered a fantastic comforter set through Amazon. It arrived and I washed it and made the bed and at the bottom by the tags is a hole the size of a quarter.
Don't bother calling them via Amazon it's a fake number. They NEVER answer the phone once I got the real # and Amazon won't refund it w/o me shoving it into boxes and mailing it back. I am really sorry I even got this set because it is so beautiful and soft but nobody backs up the product.
I ordered product from Amazon and they are full of holes. No refund and no replacement. They are holes the size of quarters! Rats in the warehouse? NO REFUND NO REPLACEMENT. You can not get any customer service from Amprapur either so don't bother!
