I would NOT recommend this company at ALL. I'm hugely pregnant, so we hired Amy's housekeeping services to do a deep clean. A DEEP clean. They charged us $390 for 2 hours. 4 workers showed up, and only one of them spoke English, so the other three didn't understand that we had our own cleaning supplies we wanted them to use. I have been getting horrible headaches in my pregnancy, and the supervisor said they could use our supplies as the ones they had would give me a headache. They didn't use our supplies and I ended up having to leave the house and wait a couple of hours while my partner aired it out. We asked them to focus on the floors, as it's hard for me to scrub the floors given my condition. When they left, there was still dirt along the edges of the walls and parts of the floor I still had to get down and scrub myself. They didn't clean behind the toilets. The mirrors upstairs had streak marks on it. This was a standard, average clean that I would have paid a normal fee for - NOT a DEEP CLEAN fee. Also, they tried to come almost an hour early, despite confirming a start time of 3: 30. I had a planned my entire day and moved meetings around to make sure I was free during the window of time they said they would come (3: 30 - 5 pm). Because they gave pushback and said they would leave if they weren't allowed to come when they wanted to (I could not leave my conference call as I was leading it), my partner had to leave work to come and let them in and show them around. This was just such an abysmal experience. What sucks is that I was so excited about this freaking deep clean. I love keeping a clean house, and the idea of a deep clean was genuinely exciting for me (I know that's dorky, but I really love cleaning!). Anyways, DO NOT use this service. They have pictures of celebrities and stuff, and that's what convinced my partner to hire them. "They must be good! " he said. What's worse, my partner was communicating with the coordinator who arranged the visit, and nothing was done when he told the coordinator (was it the owner? I'm not sure) that they weren't using our supplies, that I was feeling nauseous and getting a headache from the fumes, that they were too early and wouldn't honor the 3: 30 - 5 pm window they'd agreed to, etc. And the coordinator/owner did NOTHING to address the issues. OH, WE ALSO JUST GOT OUR KITCHEN CLEANED a week beforehand, as it was newly rennovated and I scrub that damn kitchen every single day. Yet one of the cleaning ladies spent the ENTIRE two hours in there! We live in a townhouse, our kitchen is TINY, it's like 8 feet by 12 feet.what was she doing in there for 2 hours? ! Our fridge was new, our microwave was new.anyways. F- to this company.

Amy’s housekeeping is amazing I hired Amy’s housekeeping crew to come and clean my house My house is 3000 ft. ² five bedrooms and four bathrooms I love how her crew clean my house I am a very picky person and her crew clean my house the way I like my house to be clean I would definitely recommend her company 100%

I have been using their service since 2018 by far the best thank you ladies for everything you do especially during covid I was hesitant but I had to call glad I did they came in with all the precautions and made my messy place spotless

Firstly, they only accept cash, PayPal & Venmo & I was told I can use my credit card with PayPal without paying a fee if I choose paying to friends & family. I tried that & guess what there was a fee. It's the 1st of the month & I didn't have the $340 in cash that they were charging. So, I had to pay with about half in credit card (with fees) & half in cash. Secondly, I suffer from Asthma & my Mom is disabled so cleaning in general is hard. That is why I asked for a deep cleaning right off the bat. Now in the quote it was said that 4 to 5 people will show up & work for 2-3 hours & supposedly the cleaners won't leave until they get the final ok from us that everything is cleaned well enough. However, only 3 showed up & they said that the company will only let them clean my place for 2 hours. Also, they complained how much dust there was the whole time. When they knew it was a deep cleaning job then they should've expected this no!? Also, there were several times that we had to ask them to redo things because they weren't cleaned properly & one time one of the girls actually told me that she couldn't do any more! When I reached out to management about this they blamed me by saying oh that the 4-5 ppl for cleaning for 2-3 hrs is for bigger houses & since my place was only 1000 sqft they only allotted 2 hours only! Oh & also when I called I had mentioned that the 1000 sqft included the patio area & I also needed carpet washed. To the carpet wash they said they'd do it if they have time. They later texted me saying the Patio is not included & the carpet wash didn't happen because they ran out of time which wouldn't have happened if their ppl didn't have to redo cleaning some spots multiple time. Then as soon as that 2 hour mark was up they hounded the cleaning girls by calling them non-stop. There were many other things I noticed that was not cleaned well enough but I really felt bad for the cleaning girls getting hounded by management so I let them go. Do I get thanked for this? Oh no instead I get a text saying well you oked everything before letting them go so we are off the hook. So, it's my fault for being nice? I finally had to text them & say I don't want to continue this conversation & I will not be using them again. Then I get a text saying how sorry they were for my inconvenience & that they are glad that it worked out on the end. What the hell? The only ppl it worked out for is you guys who overpromissed & overcharged me for services you didn't perform. I'm still fuming over here.

Let me end with the few good stuff that also happend, I needed cleaning fast & they were able to accommodate. They gave me a $40 discount. The cleaning girls, Karena, Jacqueline & Sonia were nice enough to broom my small patio area. (I believe the girls would do a much better job if the management didn't hound them to rush). Overall give your money to some other cleaners who will get the job done correctly without blamming the customer.

Was beyond pleased. My home looks and smells great. The woman were dirt busters to say the least. Will use again in the future. Thank you very much.
