The instructors and curriculum are great. They're patient with the little ones and really focus on technique. The older lady at the front desk can be rude and have an attitude sometimes. Her insistence on proper attire and hair during practice lessons is antiquated and hypocritical because the instructors can basically teach in pajamas and a ponytail.
