If I could give zero stars I would, starting with the security so unprofessional disrespectful arrogant, and the nurses laugh at the patients and the doctor was mean they didn't want to let me see my daughter until I told them l have the right place is so dirty over all it was a really bad experience.

The wait time is terrible because they only have one doctor available, that is what the staff in the front told us. They did check us in pretty quick but they took about three hours to check us out so we were at the location for a total of four hours. This has got to the be the worst time time I’ve had in a hospital.

Got me in quick but didn’t check me out for the first 3-4 hours I was there. They didn’t even physically check me or talk to me until my situation worsened. Night shift doctor said I was fine and could go home and that my CT scan came back as normal. Come to find out from the nurse, the CT scan showed I was not fine. They “admitted” me in the hospital and left me sitting in the ER for another 3 hours without doing anything for me. I now have been on hold for an hour to get my records transferred to another place so I can actually find out what’s wrong with me.

Took my 3 year old daughter to get checked because she complained about ear pain & the Dr that checked her had an attitude & asked if I couldn’t wait (took her Sunday night) until today (Monday) to take her to go see her pediatrician & I said no because she had no fever no runny nose no symptoms about her having the flu or being a virus she discharged us without giving her anything. Came back to my daughter complaining about ear pain took her to her drs today & THANK GOD they saw her quick when I told them she had ear pain & turns out my daughter has an Ear infection! Never again taking her there.

My father recently went through a valve replacement performed by Dr. Ott. My dads after care was performed here at AGMC. I spent the majority of ICU and Telemetry care with him. 9am through about 7pm DAILY. When I felt i needed to ask a Dr.a question, I would be there at ROUND. Eventually I succumbed to believing in the Charge Nurses. They are all AMAZING.as i was reading some of the reviews, I was astonished by the not positive posts. If there is someone who can actually state the TRUTH, it is me. My dad spent almost 30 days in combined ICU and Telemetry. I was there during shift changes, I met almost every RN working this department, I interacted with ANYONE who touched my dad, I spoke to everyone who even looked my way. Physical Therapy, Respiratory, Phlebotomy, Pharmacy and please forgive me if I left anyone out, but they all performed at the highest levels.

Now lets get to the nurses. And I know that not everyone will rub me the right way, but in this case, It was how they rubbed my dad. I looked for the inadequacies, i looked for the negative and the downfalls. And although on a few occasions, one or another came close to that line, the Charge Nurses were always there to ensure the line not crossed. Going even further, these Charge nurses took these opportunities and used them as teaching opportunities. Thats all it took for me. I AM A FAN. Although I hope to NEVER go there again, cause who want to get to a hospital, but I had to I would choose AGMC.

There is one particular Charge Nurse, Miko, that went above and beyond. With Miko, when I arrived and saw she was on duty, my stress level literally dropped. Stress was something i carried w me regardless of where i was, but when she was near I could rest. It was the way she just flowed effortlessly within the ICU department. I watched in aww and looked for her to stress out, but NO.she persevered and went along her day like she was made for this.secretly I think she's an ANGEL! But all the nurses, Lexi, Amy and a few others who's names escape me was just here troops.

I want to thank everyone at AGMC from the bottom of my hear and my family's heart. We love you but hope never to see you again. Love Ya

TO HR: PLEASE PLACE THIS NOTE IN ALL PERSONNEL FILES FOR ICU AND TELEMETRY. ESPECIALLY ALL THOSE MENTIONED BY NAME. I WILL BE CALLING IN THE NEAR FUTURE TO ENSURE THIS STEP IS COMPLETED. Thank you.

I had a complicated outpatient surgery a little over a weeks ago. Little miscommunication about what time I was to be there, but we worked that out. The staff was all very nice and professional. I had issues with getting an IV, so they were quick to get the anesthesiologist on it. I went into surgery on time and the surgeon was very good at communicating with both myself and my husband about how it went. Then, I got a hand written get well card, signed by the surgical staff in the mail. That was unexpected and a classy gesture. All in all, they did a great job and I am on the road to recovery.

In March, I went into the emergency room because of a severe pain in my abdomen that had last a whole day. When I got there I was given dirty looks by the receptionists, they asked me to pee in a cup in a restroom that had no faucet and had splotches of blood all over the floor. I waited for about 2 hours for the results to come in, while waiting at least 2 young men were wheeled in wheelchairs in handcuffs and the ambulance was only bringing in homeless and having them sit next to you. The doctor said over and over to me that nothing was wrong with me and that I was just constipated although I had gone to the restroom normally that day. I had xrays taken and he said that everything looked fine then was released to go home with no medication. The next day the pain was even worse my mom decided to take me back there and one of the nurses who was there the day before gave me a dirty look and said “uhh you’re back”, she asked me and my mom to follow her to a waiting room that was isolated and left us there. The same doctor was there and said he didn’t know what to tell me because I was perfectly fine and he didn’t know why I had so much pain. He requested another X-ray with contrast and in the results it appeared that my appendix was very inflamed and ready to burst. The doctor said I’d stay the night there and in the morning I’d go into surgery. They rescheduled my surgery until later in the day at 5: 30 p.m and the surgeon did not show up until an hour later. My experience here was awful and i don’t ever plan on coming back here. I have heard that this hospital has an underground asylum which is terrifying.

My 17 year old daughter was in Disneyland when she became hypoglycemic and collapsed. She was taken to this hospital by ambulance where she had to wait an extremely long time. The hospital was filthy and the staff was very "unconcerned". It looked like the kind of place you would expect criminals to be taken to.

ZERO stars. I took my mom to this hospitals emergency room and let me tell you I completely regret that decision. This has been the worst emergency room I've ever been to. Starting with the check in staff. They were sitting in the little cube playing games on the computer with the security. Not doing their job. Once we were in it just got worse. There was a male nurse named Louis who was completely unprofessional. He was cussing in front of my younger sister who is a child and treated my mom horribly. He had to draw blood from her and asked her to make a fist but she was too weak to open and close her hand and he started yelling at her to hurry up and do what he asked. He was also really rough with her while he drew blood and ended up leaving a huge bruise on her arm. All while he said the pain wasn't that bad, mocking my mom. That should have been the point where I left. Unfortunate my desperation didn't allow that. If that wasn't enough disrespect, he was also extremely rude while I was asking questions. I attempted to ask why my mom was having panic attacks and he responded with " I don't know. How should I know. It's all in her head". The last thing you want to hear is someone insinuating that you are crazy. Especially when you can't explain the excruciating pain you are feeling. NURSES HERE DO NOT TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT so if you want to be treated like a human being don't come here. I will say once inside the actual doctor was nice but other than that I will NEVER come here again.

I went in 3/29/19 I was having a severe headache and ear infection. I didn’t like the fact how I got really pressured to take some pill because I’ve never took one in my life. Also, they asked what location of the pharmacy would we like our medications and I repeated 3 times and at the end they told us to pick it up that it’s open 24 hrs. Eventually, I went to the one I said. They told us the one they were sending us to is a different location and that it isn’t open 24hrs. Then, we called to Anaheim Global Medical Center and they said “too bad” we are sorry. Honestly, that’s the reason I was scared of going to the hospital because of their poor service and unprofessional work. I read the prescription and they had spelled words wrong. They even put “yur doctor” instead of “your doctor”. I highly don’t recommend that hospital. I really wished I got my medication as they promised me, but I’m here with pain and can’t sleep.
