This place used to be good but it’s gotten sloppy. If I’m paying $34 for a hand wash, I expect a thorough cleaning. This wasn’t a problem in the past but I took my car here today and many spots were missed. So only come here if you want to pay a premium for a sloppy, rushed wash. I tried to communicate my frustrations and all the spots they missed but they don’t speak English very well. So I left, unhappy and feeling like I was swindled out of my money

They did okay the outside was great but we paid extra for the interior cleaner and you cab tell they did bate minimum. We left a fry under the seat and a receipt in the back trunk (its a suv) neither moved

They took their time much longer than they need to. Also they didn’t put the floor mats back where they belong and left them in the trunk without telling me. The manager say they will finish soon and they took about 30 minutes later only because their colleague noticed I was bit rush. I thought they will finish it 45 min to an hour about they finish it almost 1 hour and 30 minutes. They would have finish it longer if they were not pushed it. They also left a rag in my car around the seatbelt on the passenger side. I don’t know if they do anything else yet that was bad to my car. For $120 I expected better performance and speed.

I haven't gone to too many different car washes, but one of the services I like here is the attendant takes the time to make sure all water has been removed. Sounds like a given, but some don't open the back hatch to clean around the hatch door. The only complaint I have is they're getting rid of their greeting cards! Some of the best funny cards is found in car washing locations. They're convenient to my house, a big plus.

Got the "hand wash" and eas a lil disappointed in the quality, won't be going here again unfortunately

I Drive uber full time this is my go-to spot. One of the best hand wash locations in the OC.

I always leave with a smile.they are efficient, friendly & quickly get me back on the road. I also notice my suv runs SO MUCH BETTER WHEN IT'S SHINY CLEAN!

Fastest oil change and a free wash anywhere. This is part of my weekly oor bi weekly routine. Super nice people.

Horrible service. They never clean doors and seats.
Didn’t vacuum the trunk. They promise to call back to speak with a manager.never did.

Avoid this car wash, I was going to this location for almost 2 years and at the beginning it was what I expected a good car wash. As time passed by it got worse it started with them forgetting to add air freshener to my car and it didn’t bother me much at 1st but they forgot about 6-7 times since I went. To make things worse I always payed and opted for washing my car by hand since I have a black car I didn’t want to get scratches and they washed it by machine twice and all they said sorry for the mistake. I was irritated both times because something so important to me got mistakes, what really made me mad and write this review is that they scratched the hood of my car while trying to remove 2 bugs spots in my hood and have scartches that look like X marks for them trying to remove it. I asked the guy what happened and all he said was I don’t know. Enough said don’t come here unless you don’t care for your car, bad service, terrible memories, many mistakes and car with minor scratches that can easily be buffed out but they declined to do it so here I am writing the review I promised.

Very cad service … paid for super wash but interior looks never touched, interior mirror not touched, dust on the back seats …. Ver disappointed… Don’t waste your money

They do a great job with detailing, wash etc. Only issue I have with them is that I have a 100$ bottle of cologne thats disappeared and they can't seem to rectify the issue. Not everybody is perfect nowadays and there's usually a bad apple somewhere. I have many friends and family that come here and we will no longer be returning.as well with the oil changes and flushes. Thanks for stealing from my property and talking to me like trash over the phone. Absolutely ridiculous. I pay good money and someone steals from me? What a joke.

Excellent value. Was impressed with their hard work. Showed up late on a Tuesday and they were still open when 2 other car washes were closed.

I was completely enamored with the detail that they did to my car when I brought it to them. I had just gotten off a 3000 mi trip and it was loaded with bugs. For $50 they took my SUV cleaned it inside and out. Got rid of every bug. And then they waxed it so that it was shiny and new. It looks like I just got it off the lot.

It's not the closest car wash to me, but I will make the extra miles from now on to go here to get my car cleaned. Thank you

My mechanic recommended that I have my car hand washed. The drive thru car wash was catching the trim on my car and my mechanic had to repair it. They do a great job here. It takes a little longer to get a car washed this way, but it looks beautiful when they are finished

The employees are always very polite and do a great job and its not even too expensive I believe its 23.99 for the complete wash. They do a very good interior job for how cheap it is. And the guy who writes down what your wash is when you first pull in is the sweetest guy! Always makes you feel welcomed!

Finally a detail for my car after. 2+ years without even a wash. Looks & smells like new. We take our other cars here and they always do a great job. Thanks!
