You get what you pay for. The place is falling apart and under construction. What kind of hotel starts construction at 7-7: 30 in the morning? This place. We stayed here cause it was $80 a night, and learned pay the extra or you will have items go missing from your room. Someone took my small bag of Disney Character earrings and a USED tube of mascara.and we had a do not disturb sign on our door all week. There was a twisted up piece of toilet paper in the ceiling, the button on the ac/heater was broke, outlet cover wasn't even covering the giant gross hole by the bed, some dark mold or smoke spot on the ceiling, splatter marks on the headboards, seeing light above the "molding". Just look at the pictures.

Omg! There are termites everywhere! We dropped off our staff and when we came back the bed and floor was COVERED in termites. Do not stay here! They offered another room, NO WAY! We just left. They didn't want to give us refund so calling them back tomorrow to speak with the manager or owner.

This hotel was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in the area. I often book cheaper tiered hotels but this one was the worst. The out side was dirty, the stairs up to the rooms were littered with trash and feminine hygiene products. Inside the room had an awful stench and the sheets were covered in stains. The king size bed was plopped on top of a queen size gram. After our stay I needed to get in contact with front Draco and I’ve been calling and calling with no answer. I would not even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Please spare yourself and choose a different option.

The beds are not comfortable. The parking is horrific. It is soo hard to get in and out of a spot. The rooms are ok. Although not a great hotel I have stayed here a few times. It is walking distance to Disneyland and budget friendly.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! This place is a one star at best. Also no front desk or parking. I also literally witnessed a car theft while I was there. They misrepresent this rundown dump and then actually told me to pound sand on a refund. It will take me ten seconds to have my platinum dispute and flag them In addition I would start preparing for the fines ur gonna endeavor for being out of code.

Let me start by saying that the room looks clean till you see that there are cockroaches in the bathroom and sink, dust on the bedframe, lumps of dust on the wall and mirror.
The staff is mildly polite but when I tried to check in, no one was there. I had to wait 20 min before someone showed up (they had left and did not even have a phone on them).
The light in the room is poor. If you wish to put on some basic (eyeliner and mascara) make up, I hope for you your muscles are trained because you cannot use the mirror. There is literally no light near the mirror.
Location: at first it looks close to Disneyland resort but the walkways include crossing 2 bridges and a bunch of highways.
To sum up, you get way less than what you paid for ($99 per night should at least be cockroaches free).

I wish I could leave pictures of what we found in our room but it won’t let me. We found blood and hair on the bed. We found a live creeping bug that was two inches long in the middle of the floor and a cigarette hole in the bed topper. We saw this all within 5 minutes of walking into our room. We walked right out and showed the desk attendant. She offered us another room with more bugs found in the corner. We didn’t stay and the manager won’t give us back the money we paid to stay for four nights! Run away from this place.

In the absence of value, the only remaining factor is price. The cheap price here isn’t worth it. If you’re staying with a family, take them to somewhere a little nicer. The close proximity and price was what intrigued us into staying here. I don’t think it was worth it. There were mattresses near the garbage that were wrapped in plastic. From my experience, that means there’s bedbugs. I really wish this place had a remodel because it has a lot of potential. The staff was really nice and helpful, but the property and room itself needed some help. Just don’t have too high of expectations. Also, Disneyland fireworks are shot off from like a hundred yards away so at 9: 30 PM it sounded like a war zone for a few minutes. If you have military veterans with PTSD, be prepared.

Convenient location, friendly staff. But horrible rooms in deplorable conditions. They need to hire a real maintenance person that doesn't just patch things up. Make it look amd smell good. That would help your business.

This place was a fairly good place especially for the price. Outside was a little misleading because it did seem a bit dingy compared to the inside of the rooms. There were a few electrical issues, our ac unit kept turning off or resetting itself, but was great stay otherwise.

Stop scrolling and find a different hotel. Room was dirty and smelled like sewage and mold. There were stains and hair on the sheets, walls were covered in dirt and grime, and the toilet didn't flush.

These people are thiefs! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. They will take your credit card information and charge you even if you cancel. They will claim it is just a deposit and is refundable only to charge you in the end. I was told my money would be refunded for my deposit after canceling and a week later, after not receiving my refund, I called and they are now trying to charge the full amount. I am currently on hold, I'm assuming the person will not come back on the line as it has been 10 minutes.

I highly recommend spending the extra money for a different hotel. There was hairs on our bed when we got there and in the bed. The room had clearly not been cleaned. When we asked for new bedding, the front desk lady left us waiting for 30 minutes and we had to ask her again. The service was not good at all. I felt gross the whole time I was staying there. The beds were also so uncomfortable. Next time, I will definitley be staying somewhere else.

I hope they have fixed the place since when I went last summer. I put off my review, but am still so disgusted I had to post. I tried cancelling my reservation after the first day. The hotel employee was nice and said okay, but they could not refund my money. They said I had to contact Expedia, but I couldn't reach anyone. Since I didn't know if Expedia would, I went ahead and stayed the second night. I had my room changed and it was a little less gross, but I'd never stay in these conditions again. The place was falling apart. Outside reaked of pot.

Tv was the size of a calculator and the “king size bed” was something you’d see in the M. A. S. H.television show. At least they have modern LVP flooring.

It was an extremely poor room. My wife and I went there for our honeymoon and ended up not staying there.the beds were horrible, the third floor felt like a dungeon and the lights didn’t work. The whole place was out of date and needed help bad! I would not recommend it ever!

This is a cheap hotel…don’t have high expectations. It was clean and checkin was fast and easy. Bed was fine, everything worked. If you are expecting a nice hotel, you will be disappointed. If you just need a room while you blow all your money at Disney, this works.

Also, if you are planning to walk to Disney it is 1 mile each way. Uber is $10, bus is $4…walking cost 20min each way.

Dead rats in parking lot, dirty laundry from previous guest behind tv, room was dirty, needs updating and a good cleaning from top to bottom. No pool. No restaraunts within walking distance.

It wasn’t bad at all.it was sketchy and the parking was small but The room was cute.i slept well.the only thing is that it’s pretty hot inside the room but i would stay again. It’s a nice room with no huge defects.
