This is ridiculous I hope I get a call because your website is the worst you can't even pay, it was fine and then they changed it! They can't even get a website up! How simple is it to be able to pay online sheesh! Charged me triple one month and got Mad at Me! Bug problems, horrible management! Ridiculous!
I needed to shred some documents. The UPS Store charges $1.99/lb so the rate here of $20 for the first 25 lbs sounded great. I also got to avoid the experience of waiting in line at the UPS Store.
Josh was helpful and courteous both on the phone and when I arrived. The whole process was efficient and I recommend it. Nice that they also have generous hours on the weekend.
