Nurse Aaron was very helpful and made the visit very enjoyable! Actually engaged in conversation and trying to make me feel better. And doctor A was great right to the point and explain what was wrong.

Luckily I found a nice walk in Urgent Care. They told me about hour wait and feels like less than hour. Staff really nice and clean Center.

Great staff, polite and professional. Would have given 5 stars except The only problem was there was a 2 hour wait. And when I tried to get a copy Of my results faxed to my work place it was never done. Attempted multiple times. Tried calling many many times but the line has always been busy.

Can you please put a canopy up for all the people making you a lot of money during these hard times!

My mom was ill and needed treatment and we were so impressed with the doctor and team. We were in and out within an hour. This placed is a well oiled machine. Thank you!:)

UPDATE 7/9/20- I believe that they are overwhelmed with Covid cases right now because their customer service is not what it used to be. You call all day long and the phone line is busy, busy or there is no answer. This is my mom’s assigned urgent care and when she came here a couple of weeks ago they told her that she wasn’t covered and told her to go to the hospital when in fact she’s been here several times. Maybe they wanted to get rid of her since they had so many patients? Smh.

I know there is a lot going on right now but the fact that I can not get on the phone with someone from here over the past two days is ridiculous. I call and it’s busy, I call again and it rings over and over and over and no one picks up. I call again now it’s busy again. How am I supposed to contact them if no one is there to answer.

"Extremely" friendly staff. "Thanks. " I was seen right away. The doctor was kind, caring, competent and patient centered. Honestly this was the best urgent I've ever been to. Should I have a need to be seen again at an urgent care facility, I will be returning to this urgent care.

My insurance did not end up covering my visit even though they're supposed to cover 100% of urgent Care visits. I received a fairly large bill and was freaking out. Thank you gabby and the billing team for giving me a hand and working things out. You guys are amazing

The staff is great. Although i was there before they even opened they had me waiting for about an hour. The doctor was careless and made a quick prediction of my pain. He did not help me or looked into my worries. Very disappointed.i beleive his name was Gutierrez. Im still in pain and upset that we cant count on our doctors to provide care for us. I paid n left.

The customer service here was superb! I came into the office very concerned about the well-being of my daughter. After assessing her condition, the doctor and staff not only provided treatment, but scheduled a follow-up the next day to ensure she indeed was better. Did I mention that the total visit was less than an hour? Anaheim Urgent Care- thank you for treating my daughter not like another number, but as if she was a part of your family. Such customer service is rare and greatly appreciated!

Friendly staff great doctor! X-ray tech was great as well made my son feel comfortable! Great urgent care!

Was very very Discreet about what I came in for. Not like other doctors who would just say "It's a bug it will pass" this is my first time being at this urgent care and it went very well from beginning to end!

Best urgent Care facility I've ever visited. No wait and the staff and doctor were excellent. Common meds on site so you don't need to visit the pharmacy. We were in town for Disney and are glad we drove the extra mile or two to get here rather than the closest places.

We are here from Michigan staying at Disneyland. Husband came down with flu. Came here. No long wait. Everyone super nice. Amanda at front was extremely helpful.

I've been coming here for many years. Im always so impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism. Im going tomorrow morning early, because I simply won't sit in the ER all day.

This place is decent, however if you want good medical care I recommend just going to the ER. I was home in the area for the holidays and I needed to go to an urgent care to get my eye checked out. I called every urgent care in Orange county and went to 3 different places to get treated but they all wouldn't take me because they wouldn't accept my insurance; I had out of area benefits for urgent care, but each urgent care I went to or called wanted me to pay $100+ cash just to get seen. I finally called the anaheim urgent care to see if they were willing to see me and accept my insurance even though I was out of area and they said they would. When I got to the clinic it was pretty busy with a 45 minute wait, but I ended up waiting for 2 hours. When I finally got seen I learned that the entire clinic was run by nurses and there weren't any doctors on staff. The nurse ended up telling me to just go to the ER because they were unable to do any X-rays on me because there wasn't any staff that knew how to and that my eye was fine. I later went to the ER that same day and I had multiple abrasions on my eye, bruising, and a mild infection. Probably the worst medical treatment I received in my entire life. You're better off going to the ER.

Not very friendly attitude to tourists from front desk, doctors were okay. Not sure how much locals pay for initial consultation, but I had to pay 250USD (yup you read it right). And another 100USD to get a cotton bud out that was stuck in my inner ear canal, which took literally 2 seconds to do. So it was 350 USD all together.
Maybe call up a few to ask about fees if you're visiting and need a doctor.

I'm happy to pay for my visit but it's just not fair to charge this amount simply because we are tourists. We are still the same human race.

Been hear 2 times and didn't do anything I went in because of my cough and throat were in pain and I have high blood pressure they wouldn't give me an medication they try to say it was my high blood pressure that caused it all and they wanted me to go to the er, in the end I went to another urgent care and had no issues, today I am going back becayse they are down the street and if they try the same thing I will never go back again
