Anaheim Urgent Care - Euclid Street

I was in and out within an hour. The staff were very kind and helpful. Definitely the urgent care you need to go to when you feel unwell.

The Web check-in process was easy. After I completed the online paperwork, I received a call to come in. Once I checked in it took about 5 minutes or so to be called back. The staff, nurses, and provider were all wonderful. The longest portion was waiting for test results, but that's just the part of the process. Overall my experience was a good one.

The granddaughter who developed a coughing fit while we were on vacation with the grandchildren.made a visit to this urgent care. In addition to receiving antibiotics, care was delivered quite quickly. Her cough has substantially changed after around 24 hours. She is nearly back to her typical 3-year-old self now that we are at home.

Great customer service provided! Awesome! Five stars alone. Ms. Ashley was great eye contact, tone, relaxed, confident and friendly. I drove too far and didn’t know what I would experience. But they made it worth my time.

The facility is so clean and tidy. Does not have the total hospital feel. The staff is incredibly nice. Dr has the best bedside manner. I have been twice now and have a great experience in a less ideal situation I was facing.

Had a great experience here. It was easy to schedule my appointment online in the morning. I got a text to head over shortly after. The staff was friendly, and I didn’t have to wait long at all to get in. Dr.was extremely professional and kind, and I was back home in no time at all. I will definitely use this place again when I need it. Thank you!

Came in with my daughter while on vacation. We just did a walk in on a Tues morning. Every person was very kind and helpful. We were in and out within 90 minutes. Thank you for helping my daughter feel better!

I walked in as a walk-in for a check up and they accepted my insurance, l would considering coming back for any other health issues

I was extremely glad to receive an appointment within an hour of arriving, to have my insurance paperwork taken care of, and to receive excellent service from the staff at urgentmed. I will use them again and highly suggest them to my friends and family.

A very Unprofessional and pathetic place. First there is a 1-3 hr wait then Francisco Mary is the worst Medical assistant there could be. I will make sure to complain against her. She does not work neither she lets other staff work. She is very unprofessional and uses cuss words. Always speaks spanish makes fun of them and talks to the patients very rudely.

The management should do better and not keep such people in theirs team. She is possibly the worst staff in medical.

I am hoping to see an inquiry against her.

It was awesome. The front desk staff were highly engaged, warm and welcoming. Very friendly and kind. While waiting, the staff was cleaning the waiting room. I could tell she was being thorough. She carried on a conversation about the entirety of my stay. Great experience in my opinion.

Fast! Ladies were amazing. The receptionist was exceptional. There were technical difficulties checking in and she handled that and all the people waiting to to check in quickly, professionally, and with a great attitude.

The employee at the front desk was very friendly. The place needs some repairs/updates but overall a good place to get care. Check in is all online. But they have a device there if you can’t do it on your smart device.

This place can not handle UIT
I was test for UIT. I took full course of antibiotics but symptoms came back when I finished antibiotics. Not a good care facility. And, the wait is too long

Easy to make an immediate appointment for Covid testing. Fairly short wait time at clinic. A PA interpreted results. 100% visit.

Took great care of my wife after she had a fall while jogging. They were super friendly and did good work. When I wasn’t sure about my co-pay they double checked and showed me exactly what my benefits were, which was better than just telling me or saying “eh, you can deal with your insurance later and get money back. ” Highly recommended if you need care while you’re in town visiting Disney.

We went there on March 14,2023 and they kept waiting us for more than five hours! They kept saying you are next while 5 patients were on different rooms waiting for one assistant physician to visit them. We didn’t have insurance so they quoted $150 for the visit. While we came out of office finally they charged us $250 because we were out of country!
That was a lie. They charged us the cost of tests we declined to take. They took these tests from every single patient. That’s why it took by average an hour per patient to complete the visit!
They are liars and cheaters! DON’T GO THERE!
Specially if you are a Disney visitor cause they measure the size of your pocket first then plan for your procedure!
