Anaheim Wheel & Tire

These guys used to be my go-to place for taking all of my cars. I don't know what happened, but the overall customer service isn't what it used to be. Took a car there to get a tired patched and dropped it off early at 11: 30 for my 2: 00pm appointment. 4: 30 came around and no call which I thought was strange. I called and was told that they had just looked at my car and that the tires were too far gone to be patched and gave me the option to buy two new tires or they could recommend a different place that might plug it for me. The tires had under 30k miles on them so that was surprising news. It would've been nice if they would have reached out and sooner so that I could have taken it somewhere else instead of wasting the day. Took it to Big O Tire that patched it with no issue. The customer service there was also better.

As I sit here, sipping my free coffee, looking at the free soda and water fridge, getting my second flat fixed in two weeks - for free! - I can't help but be so grateful to the guys at Anaheim Wheel and Tire.

Two weeks ago I got a flat, on La Palma Ave no less, and it was 5: 10pm. Everywhere else was closed. I was so screwed. Anaheim was closing. I called, and Ulices said "come on in - we got you. " What an awesome guy. I got there and these guys were on their way out for the day. It was closing time. Yet Ivan came out and fixed my flat and didn't cut corners. He did it with a smile. Joseph kept me company and we had a good time just hanging. These guys are just super cool.

They've fixed over five flats over the years, and whenever I need tires, I don't hesitate to come here. And when I do, Zach is usually the one taking excellent care of everything we need. I don't come for the free coffee or because I got free flats, but because these guys are just genuinely cool AND THEY DO THEIR JOB WELL.

They are obviously totally customer focused. The place is totally clean (even the bathroom). Oh, and I'm writing this review on their free wifi in their comfortable sofas with magazines nicely strewn out and the TV going on the wall. This "waiting room" is more like a nice living room, one that's nicer than most homes! I have no problem sending my wife here alone to get something fixed (which I have in the past). She feels safe and comfortable.

This is how all businesses should be run.

Dishonest store! Refuse to do the tire rotation and try to sell the tire even the old tires are still good!

Needed a patch. Made a next day appointment and I was out in about 30 minutes. Great service

They have two of the sweetest guys at the front counter! I was about to hop on the freeway when my tire pressure light came on. I was nearby and asked if they could take a look and fill my tires. The bearded cutie at the counter stepped in to help and said I didn't owe him anything. Good people make everything better Lifesavers!

This is such a great spot to go for any tire related issues. They patch tires for free! I have patched 3 or 4 tires here, completely free. I’ve also replaced multiple sets of tires, they have the same pricing as big chains like Walmart, and they get it done super quick. Service is always amazing.

Great service and prices are fair. Took care of my patch repair even though tire wasn't in the best of conditions. Other place would probably not let you leave until you buy new tires from them.

This place is close to my work, so I'm able to walk back to the office while they work on my truck. They always do a great job. I don't have anything to compare price on because I won't go anywhere else. They fix nails and do rotations for nothing because I bought the tires from them.

My 2nd visit was just the other day for brakes. Once again as my first visit I couldn't be more satisfied. Very professional, nice clean area if you need to wait and the people working there are all helpful. Oh better yet the brakes were completed on schedule! Pricing is more than fair imho. Suggest you give them a chance to service your vehicle.

I had the best experience with this company. See my yelp review for the whole story. Sifice it to say that they had a rare 17 dually wheel that I had searched for over 5 states. I purchased it on Wednesday and it was delivered on Thursday. What an amazing group at Anihiem Wheel and Tire. Thanks from Alaska Jon.

They did a wheel alignment on my E55 AMG after I replaced most of the front suspension. They got it done ahead of schedule, and it drives like a brand new car. I'll definitely use them for all of my alignment work.

Recommended by automotive doctor, Brian, from Duncan Auto Services. I usually get ALL my car fix-its done there, but I needed tires today and was recommended to Anaheim Wheel & Tire. Zach was very helpful and knowledgeable.and while they may not be able to do this sort of turn around everyday.due to schedule. I was able to get in and out in less than an hour. Very clean waiting area with television and even got a suggestion for food at Alea Cafe while I was waiting. Thank you, Zach and the techs at Anaheim Wheel & Tire!
