2 To anyone currently seeing Doctor Anand Magoon that is concerned about the quality of their healthcare, I highly recommend you find a different primary doctor for your healthcare team.
Dr Magoon is dismissive, ignorant, and shows no interest in ruling out conditions or reaching a confident diagnosis. He packs his schedule out 4 months with unnecessary follow up appointments meaning you'll have to go to urgent care if you want timely treatment. The telehealth appointments he offers are ineffective and unproductive. He'll make you feel small and paranoid for voicing your concerns and seems to prefer you shut up during your visits.
Switching doctors has been a night and day experience for me. Even though I have to go further from where I live to see my current provider, I can always get an appointment one or two days from when I call to schedule it. My doctor isnt afraid to run additional tests of the same nature instead of accepting what technicians and pathologists have submitted. Most importantly, he listens to everything I say and orders referrals and investigative tests regardless of whether or not there are physical symptoms.
I'm not writing this to trash Dr. Magoon because I'm mad, I'm doing this because I'd hate for someone to have a truly serious health condition and be dismissed by this truly incompetent healthcare professional, losing valuable time.

Declined to speak to me, I only asked to speak to him because he was the on call doctor. And he told the on call service that I have to wait until my follow up appointment. Then he notes on my chart that I was the one that hung up on him.
