I went here because my usual brow guy was unavailable and recommended it. I have a photo shoot in two weeks, and thank god I did it far in advance because I walked out and immediately cried feeling like my face was ruined. Anita did my brows, and wasn’t very friendly at all. I told her I only wanted them plucked even though she tried to convince me to wax.

Thank god I didn’t cause it might take even longer for them to grow back. She plucked the natural shape of my eyebrows completely away and didn’t even match the brows to each other, she over plucked my ends and completely destroyed my natural arch in my brows. Leaving me with two brows that don’t even match. My usual brow guy is super meticulous and takes up to an hour to do brows ensuring your shape isn’t ruined. This took 5 minutes and was incredibly sloppy.

I thought being a company that prides themselves on brows it would be fine but what they do is slap on a bunch of makeup on your brows to make them look even. I get my brows done so that I can wear less makeup so they look even naturally not worse.

Will not return. Horrible experience

I love Anastasia Beverly Hill eyebrow service but they have raised prices twice in the last 2 years since the pandemic. Although great, it is now unsustainable for regular appointments. I will have to find a new Los Angeles eyebrow bar for regular upkeep.

I came here for the very first time. My regular brow stylist was not available this weekend, and I needed to get my brows done ASAP. I came to Anastasia’s because I thought they had experience in doing thicker fuller brows. I told the stylist SEVERAL TIMES,
I like fuller fluffier brows. I showed her pictures.

I was feeling like she was over-tweezing. I reminded her to keep them full. She agreed. I asked to look at them before she started shading them, and my worst fear happened, she thinned them out, A LOT! From the bottom and the top! And they were rounded. I hate rounded brows! I asked her why they looked so thin on top. She said she trimmed it more because the hair was so long…umm, of course it’s long because I like a fuller brow! ‍️ What a waste of $60. I didn’t even leave a tip…and I always, tip but I just couldn’t. The damage had been done. I was so disappointed. I could’ve gotten thin brows like this at the mall for $20. I came here because I thought they would do a better job, nope! This was my first and only time getting my brows done here. Now I have to wait a few more months for them to grow back
*She did a good job of shading them in, but the fact remains, she gave me thin brows when I asked to keep full. Everyone was really nice here, so I gave this rating two stars because of the friendly staff.

I’ve been going here for 5 years. There really isn’t a better place to get your eyebrows done.

It was my first time trying full face wax in such a “luxury” place. But unfortunately the result was poor as you got it in a third country’s alley.
And the artist was strong enough to tear off a piece of my skin. And trust me I’m not being dramatic (photo attached, after a layer of sunblock)
If you don’t want a permeant scar like me on your face I suggest anyone who sees this review not go to that untrained salon. Not to mentioned my full face stated to break out after I leave the saline.

I recently purchased four eyeshadow singles from ABH. One of the colors, Victorian, performed very poorly, but the other three were ok. I contacted ABH and asked if I could exchange Victorian. They advised me that since it was “on sale” that I would not be able to exchange it. Fine. So I get an email from ABH soliciting a review. I provided them with a polite yet honest review of their products. They notified me that they would not post the review because it does not meet their “website guidelines. ” Really appalling. That will be my last ABH purchase.

Anastasia first shaped my eyebrows when I was a preteen and she was still at Juan Juan Salon! I have her to thank for years of easy management. Now I go to Tracy for upkeep, everyone here is professional, talented and trained by Anastasia, so you're in great hands! This is truly 5 star service, shocked to read reviews that are anything less - those folks might forget that this business is the best at what they do, respect their employees and time!

Well like many other ladies on these reviews for anastasias salon I am in love with Jasmine! She’s the best and at times when I try and weasel my way in last minute it typically doesn’t work in my favor Bc she is the best so she’s usually booked solid. Occasionally I’ll get lucky and someone will have cancelled but very very rarely so make an appointment with her. You won’t be disappointed! I’ve been to a few different esthetician’s here and Jasmine is hands down the top! Cream of the crop if you will. I’d say give at least 2 weeks in advance to book your appointment with her.:) She’s got a great young and hip vibe with a great style and amazing eye for detail. Also I may add she asks u what you want and some do not here bc it’s not their style to do so. You’ve gotta sometimes let someone get creative and u may actually love it!:) xoxox

This beauty shop has really great service. The staves here very accommodating and pleasant to be with. The hairstylist did a great job on my hair. She gave me such a stunning look. The place itself was so cozy and classy. The owner of this beauty salon was so welcoming. I will surely visit this beauty shop again.

This shop is a reliable source for makeup, skincare, and haircare. They don’t just give beauty tips and trends but they tell which beauty products and treatments really work! They would truly care your skin. If I were you, you should shop this place. Don't worry for the pricing for it's very affordable.
