I really like this place. The people that work there know everything I have questions about.
They are quick, professional and friendly. Great place. Even if you do not need anything.stop and buy a 2x4.
It is a great experience.

I've been a customer for decades but I've never had such horrible experience with the people they have hired until now. I was confronted by a worker named Manny who was very disrespectful and aggressive who refused to help me, who hired this people? Manager tried to over charge me for materials and my paint was not closed properly so paint got all over my hands. I'm taking my business elsewhere.

As standard, the humans at Anawalt are type, courteous, and certainly helpful.they have got what you want and perhaps they do not, they could usually get it for you.whether or not your job be big or small they may be a tremendous hardware keep to visit for all your undertaking needs.

Horrible customer service, guys at the yard expect you to load your own lumber although you placed your order the day before at will call. Lumber overpriced compared to other lumber yards.
Don't recommend this at all.

I've had issues with this location, so please just be careful when spending a lot of money on plants they don't tend to last and the quality isn't good. I purchased an indoor bird of paradise from this location - did everything that the woman helping me instructed to do (waiting to repot, how to do the planting/potting, amount of water to give, amount of light, fertilizer sticks she had me purchase etc), and within a couple days my $70 plant was already turning brown. And a week in, it's turning even more speckled brown. I also picked up a second indoor bird of paradise from the Pico location a day after I purchased this one and it is THRIVING (with everything done the same AS INSTRUCTED). Same plant, different location. I called this location to explain the issue, they said they would replace my plant if I brought it in (a $70 plant should not last only a week) and then decided to take back that offer in the same call. Please save your money, do your research, and go someplace else! Preferably one with better customer service and expensive plants that last more than a week!

A short guy who was the manager came out cursing at me when I arrive and tried to find parking. I could not move forward because there is a truck in front of me, and the car behind me kept honking. Somehow, I felt they were racist because I am the one who got blamed. I was told that my business is not needed.

I would like to leave but there is another truck that block the driveway. I asked the truck to move, but I was told to drive over the pavement with potential to scratch my car. I told them I don't want to scratch my car, and the employee's response, your car is scratch already.

I called other Annawalt, and I just found out that apparently they are owned differently, so there is no way to complain to their corporate company. The worst experience I ever have in my life. I was ridiculed, mocked, and humiliated for no reasons. I will never shop here anymore.

I needed to clean carpeting and saw Anawalt had carpet cleaners available for rent. The pickup process was simple and easy. I went Friday 9/13/19 and had my rental by 6: 51am (on the receipt I got).

The return was a pain and I had awful customer service. 24 hour rentals are $29.99. My rental was due back at 7am on 9/14/19. The catch: Anawalt opens at 8am. I showed up at 9am. After standing at the counter for a few minutes, I looked for an associate. Someone came in to help. The associate scolded for not picking the carpet from the bottom of the rental.my goal was to clean my house, not pick the dirt out and make it dirty again. Completely unprofessional in his handling. Reminder that I had to drag this rental across the cement lot for at least 40 yards. Yeah, it's gonna pick up some dirt doing that.

The associate then had trouble finding my name in the rentals file. He went through it twice before I said "That's me" and pointed out my rental file.

I was told my rental was due at 7am and I was late. I said "You don't open until 8am on Saturdays. " He said "Yes" and charged me for a second day anyways. Not a prorated rate, but for another full day. Another $29.99 down the drain. Do I care about $30? No. It's more the lack of customer service and rudeness that bothers me.

I would not recommend anyone come here. No customer service, no one to be found for help, and unprofessionalism. Their prices maybe nice, but that must be because they skimp on training their employees to treat customers with even a little respect. I'll never come here again despite this place being 3 minutes driving from my apartment. Go to Lowe's, Home Depot, or literally anywhere else for a better experience.

Personal service and the prices are not much more than the hardware superstores either. Sure they dont have everything, but a very good selection of what you generally need. I like the personal touch and the construction advises for us DIY People.

Extremely helpful staff, forget the impersonal staff at home depot and Lowe's. Go here before it turns into a condo.

Very well stocked "mom and pop" hardware store.friendly and priced competitive. I would much rather spend a little more in local businesses than the big orange box! GREAT.

Been going here for years. It's a great handyman place. A little more pricier than a DIY or Home Depot but it the only thing close to there. Very nice people always.

I had a really complicated shower head that was leaking really bad and I couldn't disassemble the darn thing after trying in earnest for over an hour. I took the whole thing to Anawalt down the street hoping I can get some help. The service desk manager carefully took it apart, removed the broken o-ring, found the replacement o-ring in the store and put the whole thing back together for me. I paid 39 cents + tax for the o-ring only. Best customer service I ever got from a hardware store!
