My parents for years have used his service to repair their washer/dryer. They recommended Andersen Appliance when my washer stopped working. Paul was prompted, professional and fixed my washer and his charges were very reasonable. Today my LG refrigerator popped and stopped working while I was cleaning behind the fridge. I called Paul and he came over to my home and once again Paul was very professional, friendly and within 30 minutes had my refrigerator working. I am one very happy customer. Paul offers very reasonable prices for appliance repairs. Thank you Paul!
My wife and I have used this business for washer and dryer repairs. Paul is very trustworthy, honest, friendly and professional. He tells you what the problems is with your appliances. If he needs to order a part he gets it promptly. House calls and labor charges are also very reasonable. I highly recommend his services. Two thumbs up!

I spoke to Paul to set up an appointment for him to repair my dryer. He requested for me to text him to confirm that someone would be at my home at the time we had agreed upon, which I promptly did after we hung up. The day of, Paul didn’t show up, and did not answer my calls or my mother in laws calls (she was at my home waiting for him for 3 hours) extremely unprofessional, would not recommend.
