On 12/20/2022 I brought my 2013 Toyota Camry XLE Hybrid in for a Smog Certification. Anderson Automotive got my car in as soon as I checked in and the time it took until completion was outstanding!
They had a nice waiting area and the person working the front desk was very professional and helpful. I will return again!

Anderson automotive to the rescue a couple days before Christmas. My jeep was overheating and we were 500 miles from home. I needed to get my Jeep checked out ASAP. After calling several (over 10) automotive shops, no one could see me until after holidays. When I called Anderson automotive, he told me to bring my Jeep in and they would see what’s wrong with it. Sure enough, they make me a priority and told me what was wrong with my Jeep in a matter of minutes. I didn’t get the news I wanted to hear and not in my budget. They however, gave me options and resources to make my crisis just a little better. From driving me and my 4 children to a car rental location not once but twice. They made my problem, their problem and helped me in anyway shape and form. I highly recommend their services. Thank you for being our saviors, to every single employee there.

They put in my radiator a year and a half ago and it started seeping no questions asked they replaced it. I like your company that stands by their work

We are driving from Washington to Texas in an older vehicle stopped in Anderson to get gas and check fluid levels. Looked like transmission fluid was high and had bubbles. Not knowing what to do we went to Anderson Automotive. Although they were busy Jake had Mike look at it right away. He confirmed fluid was high and rather than charge us for the service and keep us there all day, Mike extracted fluid and got it to normal level in no time and sent us on our way. They were very accommodating, honest and friendly. Mike even took the time to teach my husband how to check the fluid level properly. Although we were just passing through we give them 5 stars and recommend them

They support veterans & gave a free oil change for veterans day. That's what I got today & this was my first time going to them. After seeing how well they treat & value customers, I will be back. Also they have a help urself drinks & snacks for their customers while they wait. That was AwWwSOME! The guys that worked there were really nice.

Engine light came on and I didn’t want to take it to Sacramento because they will rip you off and not do anything you ask. These guys listen to me on everything and were very patient with me. Even when I freak out. Because everything can get expensive. They worked with my service provider and were absolutely awesome. I will definitely be returning to them again. ️️

Very helpful found out everything wrong with car it is 16 years old didn't pressure me to fix it. Gave me good advice.

Anderson Automotive might not be the quickest repair in town, but that's because they are thorough. Their complementary cars are a life saver during the repair time.

This business also provided me a loaner vehicle free of charge which was super cool since I needed a way to get around. This will be my repair shop going forward!
