Anderson Walk-In Medical Clinic

The nurse was very unprofessional and rude. One male staff and one female was against me and giving their nasty opinions how I should care for my dad. That’s not for you to decide. I would give them a 0!

I went back to the office after instructions from the doctor to do so if I had ANY signs of an infection in my leg. For context, I had a stick in my leg that required stiches. I arrived to the clinic around 4: 15pm for a “walk-in” apt the person at the front desk said they were not able to see me because they needed records from the person who did the stitches (Mt Shasta ER. Whom is great by the way). This was not true as Anderson doc had already taken my stitches out without any records from ER. Only because I got upset because of pain, oozing and odor in my leg did the have a nurse or someone come out into the lobby in front of others to look at my leg. To tell me to come back in the morning. My point is that they didn’t listen to me at all and sent me away with a bunch of excuses. It’s a walk in clinic it doesn’t say don’t walk in at 4: 15pm or you won’t be seen. They also told the person in front of me who was having chest pain to come back in the morning. This could had been handled a-lot better. It also would have been nice to be given options of things I could do over night. This experience was Awful. I would add the doctor I originally saw there was awesome. This experience was not.

I’m a sucker for not looking at the reviews before making an appointment. Don’t be the next! There is no doctor at this clinic. Ever. Just PAs and NP who are demeaning, arrogant and don’t take you seriously. Unless you just need a work or school excuse, don’t waste your time.

I love this place. They are friendly, fast, thorough, and all around amazing. I recommend them to everybody.

Friendly staff, can't speak to how the drs are we I've yet to see one. Went in for the rapid COVID-19 testing. Long line, but the wait wasn't bad. Testing is quick and painless.
No guidance provided if you receive a positive test, which was frustrating. They also do not accept insurance as of this week (9/6/2021) for the COVID testing, flat rate of $75. Biggest perk is that you get results within 5 minutes.

Came in last night, said that they could fit us in the morning, showed up in the morning and told us to come back at 4, absolutely ridiculous & it was the same lady that saw us the night before

I tested positive for Covid 19, Dr walked out refused to prescribe Paxlovid. I had a stoke last year in April also have an aneurysm currently and I have asthma. The Dr was very unprofessional had chewing tobacco in his mouth as he arrogantly told me I don't believe in that stuff. (Paxlovid) Only reason I went to them in the first place and told the receptionist all of this when I called in.

Worst clinic I’ve ever been to. Even with an appointment scheduled and you’re early on time. They take you in and hour and a half late. Smfh!

VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I had to see NP I believe her name was Dawn, she was extremely UNPROFESSIONAL I don't know how these people get license. I would not recommend

UPDATE: Your response says it all. Instead of finding out what happened, apologize and try to make it better, your response say it all about the type of place this is. Loved unanimously! That explains why you guys have a rating of 2.5 out of 5 with almost 200 reviewers! How much worse can it get! 1 or No Star! That sounds unanimously bad to me. You guys are still in business only because there are very few offices around. You definitely could not survive if there was any form of competition or if this was somewhere else.

It appears my experience is Good. 2/2023. Ty kindly appreciate. Been going for many years too.

Why are negative number nor allowed!? !?

Unfortunately one of the few providers that will take a workman's comp case. They only have 1 FNP who is "QUALIFIED" to see workman's comp cases. He didn't write up a complete treatment plans, forgetting to add MRI. Took 2 months to finally get an MRI ordered, even after notifying them the next day after visit.
Their billing department doesn't know how to properly submit claims, sending me a bill.
They say that they will correct their mistakes on claims submitted, but never follow through.
Left me to struggle with my insurance to get paperwork done properly.

I started going there for my high blood pressure, had a heart attack 2 yrs ago. She didn't refill my blood pressure meds for over a week, even though I called many times. I ended up in the hospital with BP 225/180 and almost had a stroke. I don't recommend.

I have not been to a doctor in years. I got super sick and this clinic was so kind the whole time. DAWN who I believe is the nurse practitioner is so kind and gentle and concerning. She brought me water and truly was trying to find out what was wrong with me. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a clinic and or doctors office. Horrible experience! Starting with the 12yr old taking my b.p. Commenting that my injury should be better by know (not having any facts) to the complete unprofessional of the p.a. She was unbelievably rude! It was clear that her and the staff had decided I'm a p.o. S.for seeking treatment for my 1st o.j. I after 25 of consistent work. WRONG! No drug seeking, no free money! # hellowhumankindness
