Andreas Dutzi Hypnotherapy for a Better Life, Rancho Mirage CA

I have been biting my nails along with a few other nervous habits for over 25 years, well into adulthood unfortunately. I’ve tried countless times to stop. The problem was that I’d be doing it before I would ever notice and it happened so often it never worked. The longest I went was maybe a few weeks of no nail biting. I was powerless against these stupid obnoxious habits so I decided to try something less orthodox and step out of my comfort zone. Enter Andreas. Super easy scheduling and setting up my initial assessment. I’ve done 2 visits total and haven’t bitten a nail since the first visit over a month ago! It was effectively a miracle! It’s as if I am fully aware and it’s easy to resist now. It’s so bizarre how easy it was. His goal is to help you as quickly and efficiently as possible and after our second visit, he told me outright that I did not need to come back for another session. That was very kind and honest of him. I owe a great deal of gratitude to Andreas and the whole team that works at his office, Brianna and Dr. Rose are awesome people too! Highly recommend!
