Workers were super helpful! Cut my frenchie's nails on labor day when there was a miscommunication, super cool. Gave me advice on cutting his nails and asked me to come back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

BEWARE they will overcharge you if you’re not careful. The guy is sneaky. I paid $85 for a $45 service. The guy will tell you it’s this and that and when you try to clarify he brushes you off.

AMAZING! I called over the phone to book, and was able to get the same day. From the moment I walked in, the owner Anahit greeted me and my dog with absolute care and love. She was knowledgeable and thorough in making sure she understood exactly what I wanted to achieve with my Golden Retriever.
She knew the right type of haircut to give him to clean him up, clean out some of the matting behind his ears, clean into his actual ears, clean up his paws, and get him looking as fresh as possible!
l've had some bad haircuts with him before so I was a little nervous, but he came out looking SO GOOD! He smelled amazing, his fur was so soft, the haircut looked perfect. My Nick had some separation anxiety, and they let him play around in a supervised area after the haircut to relax. When I picked him up, I could see how visibly happy and comfortable he was at this groomer. Thank you so much!

Every time i come to Andy’s pet grooming, I receive the best possible customer service. Simon makes sure that my little maltipoo is shown some love and groomed properly. I’ve had some issues at other grooming places before where sanitation, pet handling and customer service was not up to standard. After making the switch to Andy’s, I’ve seen a noticeable difference in my dogs attitude and his ease going into the facility. Not to mention; when my pup goes in for a haircut, they do an expert job based off his breed and face/body shape. Rest assured, the next time you get your grooming done here, your pup will be in a safe, clean and friendly environment.

Accidentally charged another customer for my service (the customer had left their card in the machine, and by the time I had gotten my card out, they had already charged it and when I pointed out the card in the machine, told me to sign and complete the order) then made it my personal responsibility in front of the whole store to reimburse the customer they had charged rather than either canceling the charge or reimbursing him themselves. Very humiliating and unnecessary experience.

Pets are not respected, the dog grooming skills are poor, and you must be very careful with the proprietress. She will make random quotes if she is too dishonest. If you quote the price over the phone, the price will be changed on site. Just because the movie theater cannot bring pets for temporary care, there is nothing you can do. I had no choice but to be deceived. The facilities for dogs inside were really not very good. When I picked up my pet, I borrowed the toilet to go inside. I also saw 2 dogs in a small dog cage. It was so crowded and they didn’t separate the dogs and dogs.

They take such good care of my anxious with baths baby and she is always so clean and happy afterward:)

I really like this place that’s my new to go place for my puppy doodle Maxi the groomers are the best Simon is very patient with the customers and take all the details and making sure your furry friend is looking the best in the town thanks guys.
P. S the package deals are the best…

They did a wonderful job on our 3 legged Pomeranian she looks just beautiful and smells great for Valentines! I we be back for sure
