Angel View Resale Store, San Jacinto CA

Terrible experience.item showed 1 price.but when i went to buy the item i was told that was the wrong price and made me feel like i had done something wrong.

Some of the staff is friendly. But upper managements are just a bunch of old folks who don't know what they are doing. Overpricing stuff, selling broken or empty stuff, changing prices on items for no reason, and not really caring. For a thrift store you would expect to go here to save on money. But you're lucky if you find anything of value here. Also it doesn't help that they raise the price on everything:/

Horrible staff! The first bad experience we had was them pushing a discount on their colored tags and then allowing their employees to “forget to enter the discount”. They said they wouldn’t refund my money and that i HAD to pick other items. The second was today, my daughters (4&5) were looking through the toys and an employee kept coming up to them telling them not to “roll the toy on the floor”, this toy that my daughters asked me to buy them that i had intended on buying. As well as scolding my child not to touch another item instead of speaking to me about it. I asked to speak to a manager and the shift manager told me that my complaint on their employee was “good to hear. ” I will never return to this location and suggest that nobody with small children go to this location.

I go here maybe once every week or so because I love thrifting, I always spend around 10$ every visit (keep in mind i go almost every week so that adds up), and I do not have an issue with the store or the staff.except for the manager Silvia. Silvia physically came up to me and my friend and said that we were making a mess and were screaming around the store which was not true and I do in fact try on a lot of clothes but I always put them back on the hangers and leave on the rack for the staff to just put back in the designated spot- that’s RETIAL for you! If you have a problem with that maybe you shouldn’t work in retail! Also, right after I paid and was outside of the store waiting for my ride Silvia came outside and gave me a dirty look so I was staring at her very confused and then this GROWN WOMAN (THE MANAGER OF THE STORE) threw her hands up basically like signaling “ what “ with her hands looking very rudely at me (KEEP IN MIND I AM A 15 YEAR OLD GIRL) and that’s how my last experience at the San Jacinto Angel view was. PS, remember THE GOLDEN RULE, The customer is always right ;)

Didn't have the pants size I want. Hella baggy pants, bootleg stuff. Also bad costumer service, they yell at us when my friends was fighting in the store and told us to play ninja outside. What a joke

The person behind the counter was not very friendly.maybe he was having a bad day but found a few good things that were a bargain

I always find something here even if it's a knick knack when I'm depressed I come to this store even if I don't buy anything love it.

I don't know how to feel about this location most of the time. It's either you find really good deals but the customer service is horrendous or you pay next to if not full retail but have an employee who genuinely cares about the people that shop there. It's ok if you know what you are looking for

This must be the store where all the good stuff goes! So many good finds! They have good prices and its very organized. A little bit of everything and they get new merchandise daily.

I love this store I always find something to buy. Their prices are great! Everyone is friendly and the proceeds go to help handicapped people.

Angel View is my favorite place to shop! The store is always clean & tidy. All the employees are so friendly & helpful! Y'all should stop by & check it out!

People were nice the place was clean. Didn't have what I was looking for, but yellow tags were half off.

Now this is the place to come if you want quality customer service! The woman at the checkout was so kind to me and the prices were very well marked. I went to the location on Sanderson next to the lows and the employee helping me wasn’t very kind and kept rushing me so she can hurry up and stare off into space.thank you for showing me good service and making me feel welcomed at your store

Great selections on used items- clothes, shoes, cookware, books, movies, lots of furniture, barbeques, toys, comic books, and miscellaneous items. Pricey on the items are reasonable. Customer service is excellent. The staff is friendly. The place is cleaned and organized. There is plenty of parking.

I love this angel view so much that I try to come as frequently as possible just to see what’s new on the shelf’s. This store is very clean and everything is organized so I’m able to look through their clothes and shelf’s without worrying about it being over crowded. The customer service is always friendly and upbeat. I needed help with an item and the lady at the register was so kind to run and help me. A huge difference from the Sanderson location which I had an issue with an employees attitude but this will be the Angel view I’ll come to for now on. Keep up the great service and amazing merchandise!

I’m not stealing from your store! I’m a paying customer who doesn’t respect you following me around while I look for something to buy. Eat my raw corn hole and lick it good because I’m not shopping here anymore ass hammers

This place is over priced, the store clerks are horrible and rude, they have a problem with children in their store from the moment you walk in they target you. They don’t even deserve a star. Bad customer service. They don’t want you to you touch anything, how are you suppose to buy any items this way? DO NOT SHOP HERE OR DONATE. Be ware of Debbie the old, mad, racist, with poor dental hygiene, female animal. They have working here.
