If you want more than the traditional talk therapy with a Psychologist, you’ll love Angelica she specializes in grief & trauma therapy, you will do art, or another form of hands on work in your visit that will help you understand what you went through, what you are going through and how to cope with it all after.
My teenager loved her as well, I highly recommend Psychotherapy.
